I am a previous Art Teacher, an active Artist and Photographer, and not your average run of the mill full-time local Realtor. I have been working with buyers and sellers full-time since 2004. I received my BFA in Fine Arts at the University of North Texas. Currently I work out of my home office. I cover basically the heart of what makes up of our metroplex.
I am keen on what areas are growing, developing, appreciating, and how to go about serving your needs properly. Sometimes that means meeting with the City on proposed changes. Other times it is as simple as a one page document changing the terms to benefit your needs. Whatever the case may be, I am available to help guide you, with your interests at heart if you are a buyer a seller or you are needing to do both.
Whether you're a first time home buyer or seller, looking to move up or down, relocation, and yes even death or divorce, I have been through it all multiple times. I understand the complexities involved in the transaction and how each move can truly impact your life in a good or bad way. The decisions made with real estate transactions need to be fully understood and acknowledged by all parties. With the sale or purchase of this magnitude, emotions get the best of some people. I'm hear to not just guide you, but to also advise you on multiple topics. Too often do I hear stories or have new agents even call me with questions that should never come up.
With the ongoing, ever-changing marketplace with changing interest rates and ever changing inventory, we now have detailed factual information at our fingertips I am able to advise you on your purchase or on the sale of your home so that it is you that benefits and do it with confidence. I have access to solid, factual information to help guide you on suggested offer price or asking price, if you are a seller. I am able to share this very valuable information in detailed reports packed full of factual details for you, to help ease your final decision by seeing what nearby similar homes have sold for.
Thank you again and I am looking forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
Sincerely,
Dan Wood, RENE, SFR, MRP, PSA, HFR, AHWD, TSAHC
