Welcome to the Hershey High School Band Website!
The Hershey High School Band Program serves over 130 students at Hershey High School as one of the largest organizations in the Derry Township School District. Our Band Program offers a variety ensembles and organizations in which our students can participate and thrive, including the Trojan Marching Band, Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Indoor Percussion, and Indoor Color Guard. The High School Program also supports thriving programs at Hershey Middle and Elementary Schools and connects to the greater-Hershey community through outreach and service projects. Members perform throughout the year in a variety of settings, including Varsity Football games, marching exhibitions, stage concerts, and community performances. In addition, the Indoor Color Guard and Percussion organizations perform and compete during the Winter and Spring seasons.
Our ensembles have been recognized both locally and nationally for their outstanding effort and abilities. Derry Township School District has been annually recognized as one of the Best Communities for Music Education by the NAMM Foundation. Additionally, the members of our ensembles have been recognized as some of the Nation’s best and brightest students in their academic and personal efforts.
