I am an independent personal trainer and coach. I have been coaching soccer for the majority of the last 20 years. I spent 3 years coaching collegiately and have spent the remaining years developing high school athletes in preparation for their continued success at the collegiate level. I enjoy developing player skills and coaching competitive teams. Many of my former high school players have gone on to play in college while receiving scholarships for both their academic and athletic achievements. My specialty area is in Goalkeeping and Defensive Tactics. My goal is to help each athlete become the best they can while having fun and learning lessons from soccer that they can apply to the world around them.
I have over 15 years of experience as a fitness professional. I work with individuals, small groups, and teams. I enjoy helping people of all ages and ability levels reach their fitness goals. I often work with both high school or college athletes and weekend warriors. Athletes I have trained have participated in: soccer, track & field, road races, obstacle course races, gymnastics, baseball, rugby, and mountain biking. I have also worked with members of the fire department, military and law enforcement to develope work appropriate fitness programs. A number of non athlete clients have shared their success stories of: weight loss, increased strength and muscle mass, athletic performance, and increased functuonal movement.
