Cobra Kai is a story set after the events of the "Karate Kid" film, where Johnny Lawrence hit rock-bottom after losing to Daniel LaRousso in the "1984 All Valley Karate Tournament". Johnny ends up rescuing a bulied kid, Miguel, which ends up inspiring him to restart the Cobra Kai dojo. By doing this he ends up in the same old rivalry with Daniel Larousso again shortly after and this rivalry is then reflected onto their protegees as Miguel and his friends are leaning into the thuggish ways of the Cobra Kai's philosophy.

Low poly character designs found on Pinterest, they are different styles to represent the different approaches to low poly we can have.
Something being "low poly" is a relative term. There is no definitive amount of polygons that would count a model as a low poly. It could be anything between the low thousands or even higher depending on what the model is needed for.
Depending on these factors:
The time the meshes were designed and for what hardware
The detail required in the final mesh
The shape and properties of the object in question
Basically if you have a certain style that your game is going for, take for example Bravely Default:

Here the characters for the game are "chibis" (short and cute) while possibly being low poly models they use the clothing to incorporate more detail into them with the different classes. Beginner classes have simple clothing (far right on 2nd image) whilst other classes might have more detail as the while haired girl in the left image. It's about what you can do with the style you are going for in the game's setting. This game was released for the Nintendo 3DS so they obviously had less to work with than you would for a full blown PC game.
I initially thought the series was set in the 80s, like the films were, but as I looked more into Cobra Kai - I realised that it is set in modern times. Their clothing style would be the same as what we are wearing today. Super varied but denim is very popular.
Here we can see very diverse outfit choices, from denim, to sweats, skirts, plaid, hoodies - whilst the 80s would have been more baggy, loose clothing. It goes to show that the kids basically "choose what they want to wear" instead of having trendy clothing. Although with there being a lot of denim/jeans in the picture you could argue they are following the denim trend since it's still quite popular today.
