WCBPTC is a specialized parlour and training centre under the Women Aid & Youth Development Organization (WAYDO). It is led by Jishu Barua & Priyanka Tanchangya, an accredited women entrepreneur of the Joyeeta Foundation under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Government of Bangladesh.
