We are pleased to announce a Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for youth-led and community-based organizations in Cox’s Bazar to join us in celebrating International Volunteers Day (IVD) 2025.
This is an opportunity for local youth groups to collaborate, showcase their leadership, and contribute to a vibrant, community-driven celebration of volunteerism.
In IVD 2024, we successfully organized a fully youth-led celebration in Cox’s Bazar with participation from 12 local youth organizations.
The event created a powerful platform for:
Youth leadership
Volunteer engagement
Community empowerment
Promoting the spirit of service

We are proud to share that Jobair Mahmud, Executive Director of HEART, has been selected as a fully funded delegate for the National Youth Policy Dialogue 2025, held with the Interim Government and Political Parties of Bangladesh.
The dialogue, organized under the Y-Moves Project supported by Plan International Bangladesh, in association with Youth Engagement in Sustainability (YES) Bangladesh, and financially supported by Sweden Sverige, took place as a 3-day residential program from 8–11 September 2025 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Dhaka.
This milestone highlights HEART’s ongoing commitment to empowering youth voices in shaping inclusive national policies.
HEART Executive Director Invited as Club Representative at 3ZERO Club Global Conference 2025
We are proud to announce that Jobair Mahmud, Executive Director of HEART (Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation) and Founder of the HEART 3ZERO Club for Climate & Environment Action, has been officially invited to participate as a Club Representative at the prestigious 3ZERO Club Global Conference 2025.
Recognized and accredited under Club ID: 05008001, the HEART 3ZERO Club has emerged as a flagship initiative dedicated to promoting climate justice, environmental awareness, and sustainable development through youth-led action in Bangladesh. This honor reflects the club's impactful contributions and strong commitment to the global vision of Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, and Zero Poverty.
The Global Conference will be held on 29th June 2025 at North South University, Dhaka, bringing together over 1,000 young changemakers, innovators, and leaders from across the country and beyond. It will serve as a vibrant platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration on climate and environmental solutions.
As the representative of HEART's 3ZERO Club, Jobair Mahmud will highlight the voices of underrepresented communities, including youth, coastal populations, and marginalized groups, while showcasing HEART’s innovative grassroots actions for environmental sustainability.
This milestone marks another significant step in HEART's journey to drive inclusive climate action, strengthen youth leadership, and build a resilient, greener future for all.
