Padlet emotion wall: students post a drawing, GIF, or photo representing their mood.

Online meeting: “Guess the Emotion” games (recognizing emotions from facial expressions).
3 December – International Day of Persons with Disabilities
January – Stress and How to Cope With It
Brainstorming inPadlet: what stresses us at school or in life.
Student video messages: “My way to relax is…” (30-second video).
Mindfulness challenge: 5 minutes of breathing exercises or guided meditation, students share experiences.
February – The Power of Friendship
Digital poster: “A Good Friend Is…” (each school contributes ideas).
International pairs: students write “kindness messages” to each other in Twinspace forum.
Friendship Day (14 February): online event with song, games, and support messages.
6 February – Safer Internet Day
March – Healthy Life = Healthy Mind
Survey: short questionnaire about healthy habits (sleep, nutrition, exercise).
Infographic: “Healthy Habits in Our Class” – collaborative work in Canva.
Eco-walk: walk in nature in the local community, sharing photos.
20 March – International Day of Happiness 😊 – what makes students happy; creation of a “Happiness Wall.”
April – Creativity and Art for Wellbeing
Digital art gallery (Padlet): students draw, write poems, or photograph something that helps them feel good.
Music playlist: each school adds 2 mood-boosting songs → joint “Happy Minds Playlist.”
Virtual exhibition: online meeting where students present their works.
7 April – World Health Day 🌍 – physical and mental health, healthy habits.
May – Self-Confidence and Gratitude
Self-confidence tree: students post their strengths on a shared digital tree (Miro/Padlet).
Gratitude journal: each student writes 3 things they are grateful for; a shared e-book is created.
Online meeting: exchange of encouraging messages between partners.
15 May – International Day of Families 👨👩👧👦 – the importance of family support for mental health.
June – Conclusions and Evaluation
Project evaluation: student survey (Google Forms).
Joint presentation: “Our Mental Health Journey” – overview of all activities.
