A Day when I felt – Stories
In this activity, students choose two emotions from the Padlet (for example: happy, angry, scared, excited, sad, proud…).
For two emotions, they describe a real day or situation when they felt that way.
Students should explain:
What happened – the situation or event.
How they felt – the emotion and its intensity.
Why they felt that way – the reason behind the emotion.
How they reacted – what they did or how they behaved.
What helped them – how the situation ended or what made them feel better.
They can write a short paragraph, record a short audio/video reflection
The goal of the activity is to help students understand their feelings, express them clearly, and learn that everyone experiences different emotions in their daily lives.
