How to reset your Password
Resetting your password is a feature that is coming soon on Edupass.
In the meantime, you can reset your password by following these steps:
Click on "Forgot Password"
Enter your MIMS Login ID and you will be prompted with the Challenge Questions you have set earlier.
If you cannot recall your answers to the Challenge Questions, you may ask your teacher or Mdm Anniah (ICT Manager) to assist you in resetting your password.

If you encounter the following error screens, please surface this to ICT Helpdesk with the following details:
Name
Class
Email to correspond with you
Nature of issue faced
Explanation of issue faced - please also let us know which application you are trying to login to

For students
If you know your password but want to change it:
Enter your username and current password
Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password
If you forgot your password:
Click "Forgotten password"
Answer your security questions
If you cannot remember the answers, ask your teacher for help.
