Forgot password

When you forgot your password, you can reset using one of the following methods.

Reset Password via Email via LOGIN USING SLS (Note: You can only do this if you have previously set a verified email address under Edit Profile in SLS page)

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your username.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Select Send a password reset link to your email.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. An email with the password reset link will be sent to your email address.

  7. Click the reset password link in the email.

    • The link is valid for 20 minutes.

    • If the link has expired, you can request another by repeating the steps above.

  8. On the Reset Password page, enter a new password.

    • You will need to enter the new password twice to confirm that you have entered it correctly.

  9. Click Submit.

Reset Password via Answering Security Questions via LOGIN USING SLS

  1. In the login page, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your username.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. If you are asked to select a method for password reset:

    1. Select Answer the security questions.

    2. Click Submit.

  5. Note: You will be prompted only if you have set a verified password reset email address.

  6. Otherwise, you will be brought directly to the Security Questions page.

  7. On the Security Questions page, key in the answers to the security questions.

    • You must answer all 3 questions correctly before you can reset your password.

  1. Click Submit.

  2. If you answer any of the questions incorrectly, you will be brought to the Password Reset Unsuccessful page.

    • Click the Retry button to try again.

    • Your account will be locked if you exceed the allowed number of attempts for security reasons.

  1. If you answer all the questions correctly, you will be brought to the Reset Password page.

    1. Enter a new password.

      • You will need to enter the new password twice to confirm that you have entered it correctly.

    2. Click Submit.

    3. If your password has been successfully reset, you will be brought to the login page.

Reset MIMS Password via LOGIN WITH MIMS

  1. Go to Computer Lab 3 to reset your MIMS/school's computer login/student iCON password.

  2. Once successful, you go to a web browser and you will login to your student iCON FIRST with the temporary password. This is so that you can change to a new MIMS password.

  3. With the new MIMS password that you have just created, you may login to SLS using MIMS

Reset SLS password as I have forgot my Current SLS password via LOGIN USING MIMS

Please fill up the form at go.gov.sg/yuanching-ict-helpdesk. Please allow 1-2 working days to process.

You will get a One-Time Password (OTP) via the email address or HP number that you have entered.

You will be prompted to change to a new password. Do Edit your SLS Profile with your alternative email address and security questions so that you can do a self-reset of your password.

Approach ICT staff at Computer Lab 3 to help reset your password.

Reset Password by filling up FormSG

Please fill up the form at go.gov.sg/yuanching-ict-helpdesk. Please allow 1-2 working days to process.

Reset Password by Contacting School

If you are unable to reset your password on your own or with the help of helpdesk, please contact your Form Teachers.

Reset Password by Contacting Helpdesk

During non-school operating hours, you can contact the SLS Helpdesk at 6702 6513.

Mon-Fri: 4 pm - 9 pm, Sat: 9am - 9pm

*Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

Alternatively, you can email the SLS Helpdesk at helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com. When emailing the SLS Helpdesk, they should include their full name, name of school and form class.
