Aleathea Harris-Little is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. Harris-Little was educated in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School System, where she is a graduate of Pearl Cohn Comprehensive High School. She received her Bachelors of Arts of degree in English from the University of Memphis, Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Tennessee State University, and Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University. Harris-Little is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Leadership and Professional Practice at Trevecca University. Aleathea Harris-Little has served as a K-12 educator in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School System for 20 years and is currently Dean of Students at Haynes Middle School.
