THE wedding of Joanna Robinson, daughter of John and Christine, of Knaresborough, and Marc Loisel, son of Andre and Anne-Marie, of Bondoufle, France, took place at St John's Parish Church, Knaresborough.
The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a diamond white fishtail dress with a crystal-edged veil. She carried a bouquet of cream roses and freesia.
Kristiina Tupper and Sacha Duval were bridesmaids and wore gold dresses with bouquets of cream roses.
The groom’s brother, Philippe Loisel, was the best man, supported by the groomsmen Bertrand Loisel and Sam Robinson.
Father Tony Callan-Travis conducted the ceremony.
A reception was held at The Dower House Hotel, Knaresborough, and the evening was finished at Harrogate Golf Club. The honeymoon was spent in Mauritius.
The bridegroom is a business manager for BP and the bride is a trainee solicitor.
