Richard Alan Evans

THE marriage between Sally Jane Granville, daughter of Christopher and Patricia Granville, of Braizedale, Leadhall Lane, Harrogate and Richard Alan Evans, son of Gene and Daphne Evans, of 44 Church Lane, Selston took place at St John’s Church, North Rigton.

The bride was given away by her father and wore an ivory beaded bodice with long. flowing train, beaded tiara and carried ivory and pink roses. The bride and bridegroom wore matching white gold wedding bands. The bridesmaids. Louise Dutton and Katherine Evans, wore satin pink, strapless, full-length gowns and carried matching ivory and pink roses. The best man was Mr Gene Evans, who was supported by groomsmen Paul Granville, Graham Hepworth, William Dutton and Claude Imhof. The ofiiciating clergyman was Rev Robert Murray and the organist was Sue Scott.
