Harmony Horizon Imaging, owned and operated by Shawn Brandt and based in Parma, Ohio, is a celebration of perspective, curiosity, and discovery. Shawn’s passion for drone photography was born from a lifelong love of travel—exploring the vibrant landscapes of the United States and the sun-kissed shores of the Caribbean. Inspired by the innovative use of drones at his workplace, Shawn found himself captivated by the endless possibilities of aerial storytelling.
In December 2023, Shawn took the leap and purchased his first drone—a DJI Mini 4 Pro—opening a new chapter in his creative journey. Since then, his drone has become a trusted companion, capturing breathtaking vistas across northeast Ohio and awe-inspiring destinations such as Ariel-Foundation Park in Mount Vernon, Ohio, the crystalline beaches of Oʻahu, Curaçao, Saint Martin, and Myrtle Beach. Beyond the beauty of nature, Shawn is drawn to the silent stories held within abandoned architecture—the weathered walls of the Warner & Swasey Observatory, the haunting halls of Central High School, the rusted remains of the Lorain Steel Mill, and the quiet arches of the Sidaway Bridge. Through his lens, forgotten places are reborn, inviting viewers to reflect on time, memory, and transformation.
Shawn’s favorite subjects—beaches, abandoned buildings, and sunsets—are more than just images; they are moments frozen in time, where light and shadow dance to create stories of serenity, mystery, and wonder. Every photograph and video is meticulously crafted using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Lightroom, where colors are enhanced and details sharpened to evoke the true essence of each scene. His work seeks to immerse viewers, allowing them to feel the warm breeze of a coastal sunset or the quiet solitude of a forgotten structure.
