Why separate section with these fits?
Because that's what they are :) That's a collection of HAC fits that I am currently flying - more or less - that were made with cost of fit in mind. They are less safe on both DPS and Tank than fits in T4 section, but they still work.
Additional word of caution: I did tests of them with max or close to max skills. These fits aren't made with new pilots in mind at all. That's more of "My ships collection" than "That's what you should fly".
My attempt at good runner without Hydras. Will get tested one day, for now - treat it as theorycraft.

General idea:
By liberal application of ISK I can get non-Kinetic DPS to be as good as my Kinetic DPS on Exotic runner
By using MG Crystals Clone I can get away with lower resists in different weathers, at least to a degree, and missing ADC
For Darks I still need to refit hardener to Web - that makes it a bit squishier, but still should be good
Way more expensive than I'd like, so maybe something will get downgraded. We will see.
Why would I run Firestorm? Because I want to :P

Oooof, it's something!
4 runs, it was "ok"
No range, no tracking - but ok DPS and tank
No issues with timer, but I'm a bit worried of Leshaks and unfavourable spawns
Will receive more testing, probably until I lose it :D
There are some potentially bad spawns:
Leshaks - because with Null I have only 20km range, so they will run away
Tracking Disruption + Webs in large amounts. I',m pretty confident that webbers will get close, but still - it will suck.
Nooo....

"I don't really trust that fit" - Chris

Thoughts, after 5 rounds of runs:
This fit requires good skills (SP-wise) and good skills (Piloting and Abyss knewledge) to be viable.
If you do not have perfect missile skills - you will have issues with timer due to low DPS.
If you don't know the Abyss, you will struggle in general, and even small mistakes could lead to failure.
Your reloads have to be on-point. In tight runs it will make a difference between successfull run and failure due to timer. Know your enemy weaknesses.
Enemy prioritization and good strategy are a must. Small things like re-cycling RAH when needed or overheating webs for extra range will add up - and since safety buffer is super small, it matters.
No-downsides Crash is absolutely necessary. If you don't have 20 minutes left - dock and reroll, drugs are cheaper than ships.
We made tests with 4 different pilots:
Perfect in-game skills, Low Abyss experience: Died in first room.
Medium skills, Low-Medium experience: Died after a round of runs, probably could be saved by better piloting. Also observed low DPS.
Medium skills, Decent experience: Survived, but fought with timer and struggled a bit
Perfect skills, Good Abyss experience: No major issues. Still spicy, and requires attention - but manageable.
It does make a nice T3 runner though, if your skills aren't maxxed - and it's even cheaper than Povertila :D
