Abyssal Deadspace - get in, kill stuff, loot the loot, get out. Super fun, good ISK, and you want to know how to start. Good :)
This page isn't meant to explain what Abyssal Deadspace is - there's a very good article on EVE Uni Wiki about it - Click Here to read it.
T0 fits, created and tested by me are on separate page - Grab one, and come back here.
Below you will find minimal guide about how to enter Abyssal Deadspace. Follow it for your first run :)
That's easy! Step by step:
Grab a ship. I suggest T0 Frigate, they were tested and I'm sure they work with skills provided on the same page
Get Filaments. You need 3 for Frigate run, correct Tier (Tranquil for T0) and weather (Dark for Kestrel, Electrical for Punisher or Rifter)
Find a spot. For T0s it's enough to be few jumps away from trade hubs. Your spot can't be too close to stations - drop a bookmark (Ctrl+B) while warping between two stations, then warp to that bookmark
Form a fleet. To start Frigate run, you need to be in a fleet. RClick your capacitor -> Pilot -> Form Fleet with
RClick your Filaments and activate them
RClick Abyssal Trace, and activate it - you'll enter the Abyss
Now you have to finish 3 rooms, killing everything and looting contents of Biocaches, everything in 20 minutes time limit.
Good Luck!
Extremely useful resource for new players. For older players that haven't tried Abyss as well. Check what you are fighting, unless you remember all EWAR rats from it.

https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Abyssal_Deadspace - EVE Uni Wiki is decent source of knowledge. Read that page, try to join "Intro to Abyss" class that Uni runs, and if you're in Uni - check #Abyssals on Discord
https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Where_to_run_Abyss - reasonably decent guide explaining how to find you Abyss running spot. If you like Abyss, and you are running T3+, give it a read
https://caldarijoans.streamlit.app/ - Very good collection of Abyss resources, for intermediate to advanced players. Not super useful to brand new players. Some questionable choices (like suggesting T0 Cruisers) - but overall 9/10
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8LoyrHem4o - Intro to Abyss from Cpt. Benzie. Has few minor mistakes, but is good intro overall, if reading Wiki is not for you
https://www.qsna.eu/eve/abyss - Abyss room info, can be useful for higher tiers of Abyss. Don't worry about it much if you're starting T0s
