The Tele-Mailer

For an assignment, I was tasked with creating an object that was inspired by the futuristic ideals of a past time period. I created The Tele-Mailer, an object inspired by the optimism of science fiction in the late 60s to early 70s, how the time period viewed technology assisting their day to day life in the future, and appliances of the time. The inside of the "device" features an illusion effect utilizing an 45 degree angled mirror on a base that is spun to give the effect that the package disappears after it has been mailed.
