This report will arrive to you by email (Outlook). This report contains all relevant information regarding all current backorders.
You will be able to find, the customer name, order number, item ordered, and approximate estimated arrival date to our warehouse. This report is generated once a week.
The backorder report goes hand in hand with NetSuite. The Back Order report page shows all of the items on backorder with the customer name and order number attached to it. You can also view by SKU number and Sales Order #, and there is even a tab for Jewelry orders.
The backorder report is great for finding more details about BO items/orders.
Another great way to search inside the BO report is to click on any cell in the sheet, then press CTRL + F and a search box will appear. Here you will be able to locate a specific order when a customer calls and you can find out more details regarding their specific order.
