Emily Prime

One of our newest members to Gump's this season is Emily Prime. Emily is our chatbot that can assist with questions when the rest of the team is busy, unavailable, etc. 

Emily is programmed to pull info from all of our CC resources, so you can ask questions such as "how do I place an order?" "What does backorder mean?" etc.  If you are ever unsure of Emily's response or have additional questions, you can always let us know in the main chat 🙂
