During a pursuit, operate vehicles in a straight line following the vehicle, do NOT overtake, unless the cruiser in front of you cannot continue the pursuit or would lose a suspect. If there is a High Speed Vehicle that is evading, you may request for a High Speed Unit to assist.
The closest vehicle ot the suspect always has to lead the pursuit and the officer in the passenger's seat MUST keep the radio updated all the time, however once a HSU engages and joins the pursuit, it takes the lead. Same goes for a Air Support Unit.
This is a technique employed by a sole police vehicle, where it pushes itself into the left or right rear of the vehicle, pushing it, causing it to steer out of the vehicle out of the way.
