Set goals that align with the SMART rule (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound).
Plan your lessons with clear objectives and goals.
Create routines that your learners should know and follow.
Be consistent with marking so you are not behind with it.
Utilise technology to record things such the register, marks, etc.
Time your activities- this will teach the learners sense of time and they will be held accountable for not finishing tasks on time unless it is a learner that has learning difficulties.
Prioritise important tasks
Give good feedback and recognise or reward achievements of the learners.
Give yourself a break- do not swamp yourself with marking, admin, etc. Rest and relax when needed.
