This bow is very good and depending on your team comp, you will use this all the way to the end of the game.
Note: While the stats seem impressive compared to the basic knife and dagger options you have access to now, the dagger itself is rather lackluster compared to the Karambit you'll get in the late early game and others midgame and beyond. It does find some use on Khamari as a ritualist and Valeria especially as she does not want to halve her power with the ferocious karambit.
