Zuhair is a cut above the rest due to his extraordinarily high Mastery and Fortitude. He can perform well in the Godfrost class as a pretty damn bulky tank - which you will find not too many exist in Demonic. He also performs well as well as an Ascendant or Stormkeeper.
On his joining chapter, Zuhair's Ice Spire comes in handy quite a bit as there are objectives up top you want to get to - i.e. the treasure chests. Unfortunately, most of the time you want to actually kill enemies instead of just sanctioning them off.
Either way, you'll probably want to change his class. He can go monk, but in all honesty, with his high Mastery and Fortitude growth, you should go Conduit unless you really want to have average speed in Ascendant (which in all fairness isn't a terrible option either with how busted the class is). Leveling him as a Conduit will carve out a decent niche for him later on.
Godfrost - Zuhair's niche class. Due to his absurd Mastery and Fortitude growth, he can use Godfrost pretty effectively. This is because he can self buff with Absolute Zero and gain an absurd amount of Defense and Resistan---- I mean, Fortitude. Pop on the Sanctified Ring and he get's some pretty bonkers bulk. What is even more nutty is that you can use the Astral Ring or just have someone Ancient Writ him to get mana back and he can recast this, and guess what? It stacks on top of itself! With this build, he won't have too much power, but he appreciates Repulsor Shield and the Runes on the Splitter axe. He also appreciates Vissarion's buff but at what Zuhair does on his own, Vissarion's support is better used on someone else. Note: Aqua Ring boosts Absolute Zero (we use it on Saxon build).
Stormkeeper - Honestly, the Sanctified Ring is just overpowered. Zuhair can become an absolute monster in this build. You're not going to do a lot of in-combat damage with him, but as a Stormkeeper, he's all about his high Mastery stat, spamming spells and applying blind while being tanky. If you go this route with Zuhair, make sure you bring someone who can give him mana or you're going to cry.
Ascendant - Zuhair goes back to his humble Frigillan roots with this build, and, honest, it is really fun! With a weapon that gives Light Block, he will proc his Defensive Fighter passive and with Divine Flow, not run any risk of losing it while also being able to sanction off enemies with Icy Spire. Speaking of Divine Flow, because he runs no risk of getting hit, he doesn't need the Sanctified Ring so he can actually have an attack stat and with a 21 power weapon (26 when you include Defensive Fighter passive), you'll do some decent damage. Divine Flow costing 50 mana means you can cast it twice, and it does stack. So considering the glyphs for Divine Flow:
8 for 70: 70 ÷ 8 = 8.75 per unit
7 for 50: 50 ÷ 7 = 7.14~ per unit - this means this is the most mana efficient.
4 for 35: 35 ÷ 4 = 8.75 per unit
