THE PROBLEM:

At every show, we have attendees ask for a discount on admission to reflect their affiliation with a particular organization or their service to the community or their age or their disability, or something else.

And we have always --for 40 years, now-- refused any discount; telling attendees that all the discounts for everyone are "baked in" to the price. In a way, that's true. Meaning we looked at everything to land on a price of admission.

And Here is the Unvarnished Truth

We are perfectly willing; anxious, in fact, to allow a discount owing to the good work people do or have done or the sacrifices they have made to secure our freedom. The problem is that we can't evaluate each attendee individually at the ticket window because of the huge line of attendees pressing in behind them.

And Here is the Solution

No, we can't evaluate each person at the ticket window. But we CAN allow a discount for groups of people who are members of, or identified with, some organization. All we need is:

• a group of 10 or more attendees from any organization

• prepayment of admission for all attendees.

Give us that, and your members walk right into the show.
