Notes for New Exhibitors

• Business License: There is no special requirement that you be registered with the State as a business; you may trade as an individual under any name you like.

• Trade/Business/DBA Name: You may identify to the public with whatever name you like. We will list you by that name. Be aware, however, that your use of a "fictitious" name may be challenged by someone else claiming the same name.

• Sales Tax Collection: Maryland Sales tax is 6%. We send the State a list of all sellers. The State will send you a form for remittance of the sales tax.
