RECENT NEWS

• Jones Lake Management will begin working on The Woods Pond dredging project. Learn more about this update and the planned re-beautification of the area.

• The Winter 2026 Newsletter was emailed to homeowners registered with OMNI, is posted on Caliber and is also available on the website here. 

• Invoices for the annual HOA assessment were mailed out by OMNI in December.   To avoid late fees, homeowner payments are due in full no later than February 1st.

• Gray Eagle Homeowners Association Annual meeting took place on November 11.  The 2026 HOA budget and $475 per household annual assessment was approved. One new HOA Board member was elected (Steve Schneider for The Woods).  Two Board positions in the Links remained vacant.
