Job Summary:
As a Fresher Business Development Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company through strategic business development initiatives. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a keen understanding of business processes and a passion for fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
· Analyze data to determine market demands and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation:
· Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients and business opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive client experience.
Strategic Planning:
· Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
· Identify growth opportunities and recommend changes to current business practices.
Sales and Negotiation:
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
· Participate in negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure profitable business deals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless business operations.
· Collaborate with the product development team to align business strategies with product offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends.
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
· Post Graduate degree in Marketing, or a related field from Reputed Business School.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
· Familiarity with basic business concepts and market trends.
