Job Purpose

Requirement of this role has arise because of the expansion of our company at a very fast rate. We require an HR operation personnel who can match our pace to support the HR infrastructure to meet the company's goal. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting JDs, KRA/ KPIs, SOPs, Checklists

• Updating organograms of all the LOBs

• Keeping SOPs and Checklists updated

• Preparing Banners for Notices and announcements

• Maintaining MIS for HR

Work Experience requirement

• Minimum 4 Years of experience as a Plant HR

• Prior experience in drafting and documenting organizational infrastructure and presentations

• Experience in employee engagement and RnR programs

• Should have an excellent written knowledge of English language

Education & Skills requirement

• Masters or equivalent qualification in HR

• Excellent knowledge of MS & Google docs, excel & ppt.

• Quick learner and excellent adaptability

• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

• Art to work under extreme work pressure

Job Role:

• Designing and updating job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels 

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms 

• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) 

• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Requirements and skills:

• Should be MBA (HR)

• Mini 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role 

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

• Experience with sourcing techniques  

• Understanding of referral programs 

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
