Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day accounting payable operations of the company, maintain daily accounts and Petty cash for day to day requirement and assist the Accounts Manager in accounting activities. He/she needs to process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, department billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers; review and present financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
Vendor Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
Daily Stock maintains
Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
Work Experience requirement
At least 2+ years of experience of accounting
Experience in working with Manufacturing industry
Should be very much familiar with accounting tools
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases management
Education & Skills requirement
B.com, M.com,
Proactive behaviour
Team player with leadership skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise the team

Job Purpose
Candidate should be responsible for creating, from scratch, an internal auditing system that detects and tracks errors in data, streamlines risk assessment, creates criteria for initiating audits and analyzes data for reasonable conclusions. And also for an objective internal auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Directs and develops a risk-based monthly internal audit plan and budget for evaluating the effectiveness of controls in place to manage significant financial reporting.
Provide regular data analysis reports to the Business on the company's financial accounts.
Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
Acquire, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
Work Experience requirement
At least 3+ years of experience as an Auditor.
Experience in working with Manufacturing industry.
Should be very much familiar with accounting tools.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Education & Skills Requirement
MBA in accounting.
Preferred Excellent report writing skills.
Excellent analysis and data reporting skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy
