**Key Responsibilities:**
As a CRM Specialist at Gravity Bath Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and optimizing our CRM strategies for the bathroom fitting industry. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Customer Data Management:** Utilize our proprietary CRM software to effectively manage and maintain accurate customer data, ensuring up-to-date records and enabling personalized interactions.

This profile is designed with the sole focus to assist our channel partners and dealers (hereafter referred to as 'customers') with all the queries, inquiries and escalations they might have. We believe in nurturing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships. We want to keep them motivated and enthusiastic about being connected with us.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Efficiently handle all the queries and escalations from our channel partners/ dealers
Become single point of contact and eventually one man solution for all the assigned customers
Convincing existing channel partners and dealers for restocking and regular follow up for invoice clearance
Meeting your monthly restock target
Fixing meeting for our channel partners and be the initiator of a potential collaboration
Maintain customer database on a regular basis
Follow the proper channel and process of restock order placement and Invoicing
Provide assistance to the customer and close the order in minimum possible attempts
Maintain call quality and average call handling time
Understand customer's requirement and provide relevant solution and assistance
Go the "extra mile" to meet your sales target and customer expectations
Maintain professional discipline at all times
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Champions creating the need and maintaining revenue channel
Excellent in over the call persuasion skills
Great at following telephonic etiquettes over the call even with scripts
Hands-on experience in relevant CRM software and dialers
Quick at grasping and ever learning attitude and potential
Outstanding Objection handling and negotiating skills

Provide field sales assistance when required by assigning the task to the concerned team and keep a follow up for closure.
