• Identify the root cause of defects and solve them. 

• Maintain all QC Formats like CAPA, Why Analysis 

• Able to maintain all produced parts as per drawing 

• Make new drawings if not available from the designer 

• Able to work on cycle time reduction 

• Experience working in CNC, Caption, Double Spindle Machines

• Maintaining spare and new tools developing records and procurement

• Reporting to the Production Manager 

• Final PDI (Pre dispatch Inspection)of Finish goods randomly

• Pneumatic Testing of 100 % of Items through the operator 

• Overall responsibility of QC 

• Need to work on casting composition, if required 

• Resolve Assembly issues on top priority and permanently eliminate them

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a QC Dept

• Experience working in CNC, Caption, Double Spindle Machines

REQUIRED ACADEMICS AND SKILLS

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Should be exceptional at observing and analyzing.

JOB PURPOSE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Traveling to plants locations.

• Meeting with the senior leadership team to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.

• Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.

• Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.

• Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.

• Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.

• Troubleshooting system errors.

• Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.

• Documenting development processes.

• Providing technical support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience as a PLC programmer.

• Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.

• Knowledge of software design principles.

REQUIRED ACADEMICS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.

• PLC technical certification.

• Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software.
