Job Purpose
We are looking for a product developer to be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products. The responsibilities of a product developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists, and developing prototypes. To be successful as a product developer, you should have engineering and design knowledge, solid knowledge of the prototype design process, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, a good product developer should be highly innovative, possess the ability to problem-solve and work well within a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.
Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage.
Work Experience Requirement
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Proven working experience as a product developer or in related field.
Education & Skills requirement
Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial design.
Be comfortable using design software (SOLIDWORKS /Autodesk).
Be comfortable using prototyping equipment (like 3D printers and CNC machines).
Work well within a team.
Creative and innovative thinking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Job profile includes design and development of new products, tools and innovation in existing as per requirements.
Part Modeling, assembly and drafting.
Developing creative 2d &3d drawings from design objectives established by others.
New Product design and its data on various stages (concept to final product).
To calculate the cost and optimizing it for new products.
Change in various components, production methods, and tools as per requirements to
improve their performance.
Design of individual parts and complete assemblies in 3D using CAD Software (UGNX 10, Solid work 2017)
Releasing of detailed part drawings for manufacturing.
To apply shrinkage, machining and other allowances during pattern making.
To co-ordinate with production/quality for successful implementation of new
process for new development.
Work Experience requirement
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
