Customers/clients do not have reservations UNLESS they put down a deposit. A lot of clients think they have reservations by filling out our online inquiry form, but they don't unless they select their race package and put down a deposit .
Anytime before the event however their deposit will be forfeited.

Can we provide just the inclusions for events/parties except pricing?
Can provide that it include the following:
Paper plates/cups
Utensils
Black linen table cloth
Table napkins
NO – no access for calendars and POS; sales team can custom-create packages. Transfer to Sales.
Can the customers bring their own event/party paraphernalia?
NO outside food except pre-made desserts and no crazy decorations (messy)

Will there be someone to host a program once a location is reserved?
The staff on site is more than happy to help for the overall event experience but we do not have someone designated as a specific host. Events do not include a formal host
Is their a fridge to place my cake?
NO, We are not allowed to store any products in our fridge. updated:11-28-22
How many balloons can the customer bring for their reservation?
No limit, they just can provide large balloon arches. Those can only be brought in if they shut down the entire location. Also, the balloons must come weighted, they can't tie it down to our furniture. updated:11-28-22
We warm transfer calls to sales team if caller wanted to reserve for less than the minimum.

Customers can bring decorations once they reserved the place for an event, with some restrictions:
No silly string, and no confetti
No piñatas, unless its attached to a stick, they cannot be hanged on our ceilings
A store bought cake or cupcakes is acceptable and a personal water bottle
No bulk items like a case of water, cooler etc.
Any calls receive that is regarding booking or inquiry of Group Events, Birthday Parties, Buyouts, Track rental, private reservation, company party, or anything related to Group Sales please DO NOT give out any EVENT PRICING info to the customer. Immediately transfer the call to one of our Group Sales representatives so we can book the events accordingly.

How many people do I need to book a group event at K1 Speed?
You need a minimum of 8 people to book an event at K1 Speed. You can always race with less, but you will need to pay for at least the minimum quantity required.
How much does it cost to just attend an event and not race at K1 Speed?
There is no cost to simply come and spectate at K1 Speed. Only if you want to go on track will you have to pay. We encourage as many guests as you’d like to come and watch!
Why book a group event over Arrive & Drive at K1 Speed?
Group events provide many benefits at K1 Speed over the Arrive & Drive option which includes the following:

Yes, you can absolutely buy out an entire K1 Speed for your event! Inquire with our Group Sales Department for more information about pricing and availability.

Yes, there are meeting rooms at K1 Speed! Every domestic location features at least one meeting space that can accommodate parties, special occasions, and company events. Browse each location to see the available meeting space(s).
How do I check event availability online at K1 Speed?
