The PROMOS TAB on the main page contains promos for all locations except franchises (We don’t get calls from franchises)
Do regular/promotional tickets expire?
tickets purchased online – expire after 30 days- this was changed March 7th. 2022 Online tickets will no longer expire
Arrive and Drive – do not expire
Promotional tickets – it should provide the expiration date at the back of their tickets.
Can pregnant women race?
Pregnant women can still race as long as they will sign a non-liability waiver that will be given on the actual location
How would we know if a certain location is closed for the holidays? Is the Closure tab updated?

Are we charging customers when using game facilities onsite?
There is a cost for the karting, food/beverages, merchandise, arcade games, pool tables, etc.
Price varies and can be determined once they are onsite.
They don't need their card, the location can just look them up by their name and date of birth- Candice Dedmon

Can a customer use online tickets purchased from a specific location to another location?
NO - an online ticket can only be used in the actual location it was purchased from.
As for gift cards and Arrive & Drive tickets, these can be used in other locations.
If a customer books an event, will there be someone from GoKart to host the program?
No. The staff on site is more than happy to help with the overall event experience but we do not have someone designated as a specific host.
