1.) As you know that December is a busy month for us in event bookings, whenever you receive any calls that are asking about "availability for event bookings." DO NOT tell them we are wide open and have a lot of availability as that is not the case. Please tell any "sales event booking" calls that: “We have limited availability as we get closer and closer to Christmas” and the best way to see if they are able to book would be to talk to one of our sales reps here at our office. You can collect their information:

Name, Phone, Guest count, Event date and pass it along to the team here.

2.) When you get a call for general walk in customers who are asking for wait time in the store for Friday, Saturday & Sunday - please tell them the following: “Our wait times on the weekends are typically 45 minutes to 90 minutes; however, it may change by the time they arrive at the location.”

They will need to wait for the package before they can race as race tickets are in a form of a gift card. ( GC is inside the tin)

Good morning all,

Sadly, Phoenix is not opening today.. at this point, I am unsure of when it will be open, so maybe hold off on booking for now until we get the actual opening date. Thank you for your patience, I know this has been a long, frustrating delay.

Phoenix location: as of 08-18-2023- this will be updated once client give us an update.

Since we do not have an exact date yet for Phoenix, we will revert back to old spiel.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however our Phoenix location is still not accomodating guest, opening date will be posted in our website once available.

Starting this Friday, March 1st, we will be taking over the LAST Pole Position in Des Moines Iowa!

For now Des Moines will have modified hours..
Fri/Sat- Standard hours
Sun- 10am-6pm
Mon/Tue- CLOSED
Wed- Potentially will be open..
They just opened so I think they will start adding everything to the website
Possibly the Iowa site will accommodate the regular racing league just the like the others as of 03-01-2024

Newly Acquired Location: Courtney Perkett as of 07-21-2023

Gift Cards we will honor from the old company to the new locations, but memberships they will have to start over with K1 speed and sign up as a new member and pay the membership fee.

Our Orlando location features four lanes of bowling that can accommodate up to six bowlers per lane. That means we have entertainment for up to 24 people at once! This is perfect for birthday parties, especially if you have some attendees shorter than the height requirement – they can still participate in some games with the group!

Closure tab only show when someone is shutting down our location entirely. It won't show the event we have booked through out the day. ( That is why we use no facility rentals)

As per Candice avoid informing customers that there was/is no reservation for a certain site. But rather educate customers that there is no facility rentals.

Nashville TN location DOES NOT HAVE a Mini Golf feature, its from our competitor.

Same day reservation- No need to offer online booking form. Transfer to Sales team as they have visibility if customers can be accommodated.
More than 8 group ( that has tight go date )- Offer to make reservation if refused, that's fine, educate that they can walk in instead
Chula Vista Site- Closed until mid November
Track Capacity- refer to dummy board, as website is not updated as per Candice. For locations not included in the dummy board, refer to the website
Locations that DOES NOT have option 5- educate caller that they can still press 5 and they will be routed to location, they are trying to reach
