We basically use the same content as our classroom training programs. However, we have adjusted our training methodology and processes to adapt to an online learning environment.

Methodology

  • Our online seminars utilize the Zoom and MS Teams online platforms. This allows our trainers and coaches to use a combination of lectures, case-study workshops, group learning activities, interactive whiteboards, screen sharing, content sharing and video recorded role-plays and simulations.

  • The training and coaching experience is designed to be interactive and participative, ensuring all participants play a full part in the learning process.

  • We emphasize building confidence and developing practical business skills and techniques.

  • All participants receive supporting textbooks and seminar workbooks to facilitate their learning experience and transfer new skills, techniques and behaviours to their workplace.

  • We use online recording technology to provide video recordings of simulations and activities. This allows participants to identify points for improvement and review their progress.
