We basically use the same content as our classroom training programs. However, we have adjusted our training methodology and processes to adapt to an online learning environment.

Methodology
Our online seminars utilize the Zoom and MS Teams online platforms. This allows our trainers and coaches to use a combination of lectures, case-study workshops, group learning activities, interactive whiteboards, screen sharing, content sharing and video recorded role-plays and simulations.
The training and coaching experience is designed to be interactive and participative, ensuring all participants play a full part in the learning process.
We emphasize building confidence and developing practical business skills and techniques.
All participants receive supporting textbooks and seminar workbooks to facilitate their learning experience and transfer new skills, techniques and behaviours to their workplace.
We use online recording technology to provide video recordings of simulations and activities. This allows participants to identify points for improvement and review their progress.
