Online Coaching

We provide coaching for: global leadership, HRBP, global business communication skills and specialist coaching for marketing and financial professionals.

Our trainers and experienced professional coaches help businesspeople develop new skills and change behaviors to improve performance and achieve their business goals.

We are currently supporting Zoom and Microsoft Teams platforms.

Leadership

Leadership coaching helps Leaders move from where they are now to where they want to be, with lasting improvements in capability and effectiveness. It’s based on 1:1 interaction, where the Coach and Leader gain the insights, clarity and focus needed to overcome challenges and improve performance. It’s more direct and focused than classroom-based leadership development, but at the same time is an excellent way of following up on a traditional leadership workshop.

A coach provides the right kind of support, the right atmosphere and a confidential environment for leaders to push themselves beyond their comfort zone, and to achieve a level of performance that they might not otherwise find. It is a highly personal, highly intensive and highly effective way to enable leaders to build on their strengths, skills and talents.

Strategic HRBP

Individual one-on-one coaching helps HRBPs move from where they are now to where they want to be, with lasting improvements in capability and effectiveness. It’s more direct and focused than classroom-based development, but at the same time is an excellent way of following up on an HR workshop.

Global Communication

One-on-one, confidential coaching sessions over an agreed period of time, for businesspeople working in global business environments. The objectives are: to help businesspeople develop their communication skills and capabilities; to enable them build on their strengths and manage their weaknesses; and to help them add real value to their organization.

Support areas include: Presentation, Negotiation, Facilitation, Assertive Communication and Cross-Cultural Communication.

The coaching program is tailored to specific individual needs. However, a typical coaching program usually starts with 6 coaching sessions, each session is typically 90 minutes.

Specialized Areas

Specialized coaching areas include: Global Marketing, Finance and Accounting and Personnel Management.

These coaching programs use professional coaches with many years’ experience in their specialized field. The coaching programs can be tailored to specific individual needs. However, a typical coaching program usually starts with 10 coaching sessions, each session is typically 90 minutes.
