About Rooban Arumugam
I'm Rooban Arumugam, an educator based in Malaysia, dedicated to transforming education at SJK (T) Selama. With 10 years of experience in the field, I've had the privilege of receiving the Teacher Excellence Award from MIT in 2023 for helping students innovate mobile applications and being an AI instructor, Ai Magic School trainer, and a Curipod Ambassador.
In addition to these achievements, I'm proud to have been named a Cikgu Juara Digital (Digital Excellence teacher by MOE Malaysia) and hold certifications as a Google Certified Innovator, Google Certified Trainer, Microsoft Trainer, Microsoft Certified Educator, and Apple Educator. I've also served as a Wakelet Ambassador, Edpuzzle Ambassador, Buncee Ambassador, and World Space Ambassador, leveraging these platforms to enhance student learning experiences.

I've also had the honor of setting world and Asia records in green projects in 2021, and I'm certified in various educational tools and platforms such as Screencastify, Kahoot, and Quizizz. Recently, I was awarded the Inspiring Youth Award 2021 in India for my contributions to education and mentorship.
I'm excited to share my experiences and insights with you today, and I hope to inspire others to create positive change in education. Let's embark on this journey together to empower students and create a brighter future for education.

Svitlana Chukanova is a librarian, researcher, and educator with over 17 years of experience. She is currently the Head of the Sector of Research Library at The National University of Kyiv Mohyla Аcademy, where she is responsible for coordinating Viktor Kytasty American Library. She is also a senior lecturer at the Psychology and Pedagogy Department at NaUKMA, where she teaches Information Literacy, Academic Integrity, and Research Data Management. S. Chukanova’s research interests focus on the intersections of librarianship, pedagogy, and open access, Research Data Management. She holds several diplomas and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language as well.
She has worked extensively in the teaching field. At the moment, she is still a teacher in a classroom and specializes in Environmental Education and Global Citizenship.
