Dr. Emnet Tesfaye is the director of ICU and ER in Hawassa University as well as Technical advisor for the Ethiopian Ministry of Health. She is an author of a book chapter entitled "How to establish and expand an ICU in LMICs" in a book titled "Global Surgery" which is recently published in Springer.
