Raptor Task Force 

Raptor Task Force is responsible for rapid response to threats both on-site and off-site, including raids by Groups of Interest, A.O.S. orders, and the protection of V.I.P’s, and engaging in reconnaissance for Echo-5 & Warehouse raids.

Section 1 - Rules & Expectations 

[1.1] Conduct

Being a Raptor Operative is a privilege, and as an operative you are expected to be mature and professional while on the job. Mingery on the job is grounds for removal.


[1.2] No Man Left Behind

As a Raptor Operative, teamwork is the key to your success, and as such you must exploit it in any way you can. Abandoning your allies will not be tolerated and is grounds for disciplinary action.


[1.3] SOP

Raptor Operatives are expected to abide by the rules of this SOP, as well as the Delta-5 SOP, at all times. But not to forget that the MOTD goes first.


[1.4] Chain of Command

Raptor Operatives are expected to follow the Chain of Command at all times. Unless your issue or question is one that immediately needs to be brought up with High Command, you should be going to the rank above you for questions.


[1.5] Following Orders

As a Raptor Operative, you are expected to follow any reasonable orders given by any rank above you, and do not ignore them even if you disagree. This rule can be broken only if the order conflicts with breaking the MOTD or SOP.


[1.6] Naming Format

While on the job, Raptor Operatives are expected to have their Raptor rank included in their name. 

Section 2 - Rank Structure & Chain of command 

[2.1] Raptor Overseers: consist of Delta-5 High Command (VCMDR & CMDR). These personnel have the final say in everything regarding Raptors and are in charge of appointing new Head Raptors. Raptor Overseers typically do not interfere with the day-to-day operations of Raptors, but may intervene when necessary.

[2.2] Head Raptor Operatives: consist of the Deputy Head Raptors and the Head Raptor, and are responsible for the management and upkeep of the entire sub-branch. These personnel are responsible for the creation and upkeep of documents and the roster, along with proposing new ideas to Raptor Overseers.


[2.3] Raptor Squad Command: are the leaders of alpha or Bravo squad and are assigned to lead, promote and to select if a TRO gets in their squad if the TRO Passed. Squad Commands are also to call out Codes. If there are no Squad Command Active, then the lower rank may call it out.

[2.4]Senior Raptor Operative:  are senior members of the Raptor Task Force, and are responsible for leading Surface Patrols, and mentoring newer Raptors. And may call out codes if no SCRO are active.

[2.5] Raptor Operative: initiate are responsible for carrying out Squad Commands orders / Mission. And are to do Primary tasks assigned to their squads.

[2.6] Junior Raptor Operative: Junior Raptors are responsible for carrying out Squad Commands orders / Mission. And are to do Primary tasks assigned to their squads.
 

[2.7] Trainee Raptor Operative: TRO is the first rank in RTF. this rank is a Trial Period of 1 week to see if your fit for RTF they must fulfill there Trainee Guide to pass and are to be watching closely on how other RO do their duties 

Section 3 - Bodygroups

Operative

Main combat suit. To be used when performing active duties, such as in times of combat or containing SCP’s.

Suit

For use when doing passive duties such as Bodyguarding, patrolling, or guarding checkpoints.


Any bodygroups may be used; however the vest is usually reserved for a team leader. If alone you may use any bodygroups.

Section 4 - Operation Codes 

Raptors Task Force will be using different codes while on duty to make sure no spy can know what we mean  on communication, And what their meanings are.

- Code Alpha
Keter / Euclid have been spotted in EZ and must be terminated as quickly as possible.

- Code Bravo
Keter / Euclid have been Spotted in HCZ  and must be terminated as quickly as possible.

- Code Charlie
Keter / Euclid have been Spotted in LCZ  and must be terminated as quickly as possible.


- Code Omega
All RO respond to LCZ / D-block to kill all Hostiles.

- Code Violet

The Site is clear off all hostiles and SCP Breaches and all Members are asked to do Patrols or ID checks. 

Section 5 - Objectives 

[3.1] G.O.I. Response 

The first priority of any Raptor Operative is responding to a Code Black. In the event of a G.O.I. Raid, Raptor Operatives are expected to group up and communicate with their teammates to neutralize  the G.O.I.


When responding to a G.O.I. Raid, Raptor Operatives should only engage in close quarters combat and should utilize tactics due to their limited numbers and minimal armor. 


[3.2] V.I.P Escort

The second priority of any Raptor Operative is to escort Delta-5 Command &/or High Command and ensure their safety. While escorting, Raptors are expected to listen to all reasonable orders from their V.I.P. and to neutralize any potential threats to the V.I.P. May also escort Non-Combatant Command if they request it.


[3.3] Reconnaissance 

The third priority of any Raptor Operative is to perform reconnaissance, particularly during Echo-5 and Warehouse raids. During these raids, it is your responsibility to get to high ground and to gauge the numbers and composition of C.I., and additionally acting as reinforcements in-case Raptors are needed.

Section 6 - Squad objectives

Squad Alpha:

Squad Alpha’s Main Duties is RR in EZ and Surface as they are considered THE first line of Defense, stopping unauthorized personnel from entering or exiting. Working with E-11 and other foundation surface forces they stop ALL info breaches to the public this includes SCP breaches. IARO+ may do surface patrols. AROs MUST BE/HAVE IARO+ PERMS TO GO TO SURFACE.


Special Codes:
May only be called by SBRO+ or IARO+


Code BlackHawk

A SCP has found its way to the surface and all RO are asked to go to Gate A/B, to await orders from SRO+.


Operation Crow

 This Operation May be called on Code Blue/Yellow. ALL alpha squad personnel are to report to the gate that was called out by the personnel that called this operation and choose a squad leader, If the person who called the operation is the highest rank Flagged up they may assume control of the operation as leader, if not the higher ranking RO may allow the person that called the operation to lead, choose a different leader or assume squad leader them selves. The RoE for this operation is as follows: NON-hostile until we are being fired upon/until hostile behavior is shown by a person.


Code Red Notice

CI have entered the elevators  to go down to site! Guard the elevators and alert site WHEN THEY COME OUT OF THE ELEVATORS, by changing the code to Black. Make sure to notify bravo before calling this code.

Squad Bravo:

Squad Bravo’s Main Duty is to assist all internal security department's as well as protect all In-site non-combative personnel. This mainly consists of IAA, gensec, and MTF Nu-7. Take escorts in to HCZ when Idle and less than 2 Nu-7 are on, work with squad Alpha to eliminate on-site threats. SBRO+ is allowed to start surface patrols. BROs MUST BE/HAVE SBRO+ PERMS TO GO TO SURFACE.


Special Codes:

May only be called by IAA , IBRO, SARO+


Code Nemesis

An IA agent is being threatened/attacked or they have been kidnapped while enforcing ethics. Report to the last known location of the agent and defuse the situation if the agent has been captured and we are not able to retrieve them, kill them.


Code Shadows

An IA agent has issued an arrest warrant. Find the person they have put the AOS on and turn them in. Work in squads to find them to make sure you have enough people to fearRP them.


Code Flash-Force

GOI have breached through alpha's defenses and have made into site! Travel in groups and scout the whole site eliminating any GOI that stands in your way. Once the site is clear return to your normal duties.
