SCP Containment Guide

SCP Containment Classes

There are 3 primary containment classes on-site, those classes being Keter, Euclid, and Safe.

Safe class anomalies are anomalies which can be contained easily, and typically cannot breach containment without direct interaction from a third party. While containment for safe class anomalies is easy, it does not mean they aren’t lethal.

Euclid class anomalies are the broadest kind of anomaly, and is the designation given to objects whose containment is uncertain. Unpredictable and sometimes unknowable variables can lead to the objects escape, and a containment breach is likely if given the opportunity to. This designation is handed out to most humanoid and sentient SCPs.

Keter class anomalies are the most dangerous, and is the designation given to objects which will actively seek escape and attempt to harm anyone should containment parameters fail. Handling of the utmost care is key when dealing with Keter class anomalies.

These are not the only containment classes, however they are the most commonly used and will be the vast majority of anomalies that you will interact with when handling SCPs.

SCP-131 "The Eye Pods"

Anomaly Description

SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B are a pair of teardrop-shaped creatures roughly 30 cm (1 ft) in height, with a single blue eye in the middle of their bodies. SCP-131-A is burnt orange in color while SCP-131-B is mustard yellow. The subjects can move surprisingly fast, covering over 60 m (200 ft) in a matter of seconds due to the wheel-like protrusion which allows for locomotion. The subjects seem to be able to communicate with each other via an untranslatable high-pitched babbling. The subjects have never been observed to blink, even in laboratories when the subjects have been videotaped for over 18 consecutive hours.

Behavior

The subjects seem to have the intelligence of common house cats and are insatiably curious. Most of the time they simply roll around the facility, observing personnel at work and catching peeks at other Safe class SCPs. The subjects seem to respond well to any affection given to them and will quickly bond to the giver of said affection, much in the same way a puppy bonds with a human being. They will follow anyone or anything they've made a bond with anywhere, even into normally restricted areas. Although curious, the subjects can sense danger in their general vicinity, and if the object of their bond begins to approach something they register as dangerous (e.g., Euclid or Keter class objects) they will swarm around their bonded companion's feet (or appropriate extremities) while babbling in a panicked tone, as if to warn them.

Containment Procedures

No special safety procedures are to be taken with SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B. They are free to travel about Site-[##] so long as they do not attempt to enter any restricted areas or attempt to leave the facility. You may led them away from restricted area's/surface elevator. If found in an restricted area, you may tell them to leave however due to their nature, it is not needed to remove them unless requested by foundation personnel. However if they are found to be heading towards the surface area, you must treat these anomalies fairly and asking them to step away from the EZ to Surface Elevator. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of the SCP-131 instance's will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be harshly reprimand.

SCP-207 "Cola Bottles"

Anomaly Description

SCP-207 refers to a crate containing 24 Coca-Cola brand cola drinks. The bottles are designated SCP-207-A to -X. All bottles have been clearly labelled to aid identification. The liquid held inside these has been confirmed to be identical across all of SCP-207, and should not be ingested outside of supervised testing. The liquid has been classified as SCP-207-1, and is to be treated as a Class 2 chemical hazard. SCP-207-1 does not appear to alter with age

Behavior

Mass spectroscopy and chemical tests have shown higher than usual concentrations of caffeine and sugars (both natural and artificial), along with [REDACTED]. The practical effect of this is when a subject drinks SCP-207-1, they will effectively no longer require sleep or rest, nor attempt to sleep or rest. This effect is not lessened by any soporific or medication yet tested on test subjects. However, only a quantity larger than five (5) millilitres will cause this effect. Only five (5) millilitres of SCP-207-1 is to be used for testing. Amounts higher than this have shown no difference in effect. In addition to removing the need for rest, SCP-207-1 also causes an increase in motor, reaction, and psychological functions. The increase is linear in progression, with an estimated 50% increase every 6 hours. The practical application of ingestion is that the subject is able to think, react, and move faster than others who have not ingested SCP-207-1. No subjects have lasted longer than 48 hours during testing, with the cause of death varying from massive internal organ failure to exsanguination due to major artery ruptures. Subjects also begin to show stress after roughly 24 hours, usually making each movement extremely carefully, in order to avoid accidents.

Containment Procedures

SCP-207 is to be stored in a waterproofed locking metal container measuring 1 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m in Site-██'s bio-containment area (Item SCP Room). SCP-207 is to be retained inside this area at all times. Any staff seen ingesting SCP-207-1 are to be retained for future study, with all Foundation clearance levels removed. If SCP-207 is found outside of it's designated zone without authorization, You must ask a personnel belonging to Research or Nu-7 "Hammer-Down" to safely place it back into it's waterproof locker inside of the bio-containment area (Item SCP Room). You may also take the object to it's waterproof container if personnel mentioned above aren't available. Any unauthorized foundation personnel interacting with SCP-207 will be detained and subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be reprimanded.

SCP-343 "God"

Anomaly Description

SCP-343 is a male, seemingly race-less, humanoid in appearance with apparent omnipotence. SCP-343 is classified by foundation staff as the embodiment of "God" and can be also seen as a high-tier reality warper. SCP-343, colloquially nicknamed 'God' by the staff at Site-[##], looks like an older man, although his features are different to each observer.

Behavior

SCP-343 greatly enjoys speaking with people, and seems to have a knowledge of all topics. Visiting with SCP-343 has become a daily event for many of the staff here, and all employees report feeling generally happier after each visit. SCP-343 has an undefined personality and depends on the person's perspective of SCP-343. SCP-343 is commonly known to be a wise, enlightened, intelligent, radiant, and benevolent being.

Containment Procedures

SCP-343 resides at Site-[##]'s Minimal Containment Area (ULCZ Containment Area). Attempts to bar staff below Level 3 clearance have proven unsuccessful. Since SCP-343 has thus far been harmless, all staff have been allowed access to SCP-343's residence. Attempts to add further safety precautions or required clearances are unnecessary/impossible due to the nature of SCP-343. SCP-343 is to roam around Site-[##] at any point of time and you must not infringe on its own business. If at any point SCP-343 becomes erratic and irritating, you may ask SCP-343 to leave your premises.  Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of SCP-343 will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be reprimanded.

SCP-999 "The Tickle Monster"

Anomaly Description
SCP-999 appears to be a large, amorphous, gelatinous mass of translucent orange slime, weighing about 54 kg (120 lbs) with a consistency similar to that of peanut butter. Subject’s size and shape is easily malleable and can change shape at will, though when at rest, SCP-999 becomes a rounded, oblate dome roughly 2 meters wide and 1 meter in height. The surface of SCP-999 consists of a thin, transparent membrane similar to that of an animal cell roughly .5 cm thick, and is highly elastic. The rest of SCP-999's body is filled with a viscous orange substance of unknown chemical makeup, though it is capable of digesting organic materials with ease. Simply touching SCP-999’s surface causes an immediate mild euphoria, which intensifies the longer one is exposed to SCP-999, and lasts long after separation from the creature.

Behavior

Subject’s temperament is best described as playful and dog-like: when approached, SCP-999 will often react with overwhelming elation, slithering over to the nearest person and leaping upon them, “hugging” them with a pair of pseudopods while nuzzling the person’s face with a third pseudopod, all the while emitting high-pitched gurgling and cooing noises. The surface of SCP-999 emits a pleasing odor that differs with whomever it is interacting with. Subject’s favorite activity is "tickle-wrestling", often by completely enveloping a person from the neck down and tickling them until asked to stop. SCP-999 has never been found to purposefully attempt to harm others, and will immediately back away and contract its body into a quivering mound while gurgling in a matter similar to a whimpering dog, seemingly "apologizing" for hurting someone on accident. While the creature will interact with anyone, it seems to have a special interest in those who are unhappy or hurt in any way. Persons suffering from crippling depression or PTSD, for example, have reported having a far more positive outlook on life after multiple interactions with SCP-999. In addition to its playful behavior, SCP-999 seems to love all lifeforms and SCP-939 even risking its own life to save others, on one occasion leaping in front of a person to take a bullet fired at them (subject’s intellect is still up for debate: though its behavior is infantile, it seems to understand human speech and most modern technology, including guns). SCP-999’s diet consists entirely of candy and sweets, with M&M’s™ and Necco™ wafers being its favorites. Its eating methods are similar to those of an amoeba.

Containment Procedures

SCP-999 is allowed to freely roam the facility should it desire to, Subject is not allowed out of facility grounds at any time. All foundation personnel are allowed inside SCP-999’s vicinity, but only if they are not assigned to other tasks at the time, or if they are on break. SCP-999 is allowed into restricted area's due to its nature unless told otherwise by foundation personnel. If SCP-999 disrupts the working order of foundation personnel, you may ask it nicely to vacate your premises or feed SCP-999 with its favorite candy and lead it away from your working area.  If found trying to leave the facility, you may also lure SCP-999 with candy and if SCP-999 does not seem interested with its usual favorite's, other alternatives may be taken to affect like attracting it with  another brand of candy, or getting someone who has experience mental anguish (Someone who is feeling sad/depressed/hurt) if candy doesnt work. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of SCP-999 will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be harshly reprimand.

SCP-1025 "Encyclopedia Of Disease's"

Anomaly Description
SCP-1025 is a hardcover book, approximately 1,500 pages long. The front cover and spine feature the title "The Encyclopedia of Common Diseases." The publisher's page indicates the book was printed in 19██ by █████ Press. No other copies of a book with that title and publisher have been found, and no record of the publisher exists.

Behavior

Readers of the book seem to exhibit symptoms of any disease they read about. The effect can take between █ and ██ hours to manifest. Possible evidence from Addendum 1025-01: Test Log that SCP-1025 can override natural immunities and may get rid of all signs of a illness after death making SCP-1025 more insidious. SCP-1025 may have an ability to remove vital organs from the perceptional view of those around it. Evidence also surmounted that item's anomalous properties can cause generation of diseases other than those researched by the victim, and without direct viewing of reading material. I have no idea how far up the chain of command this "hypochondria by proxy" effect can reach, or how it works, and frankly, I see no benefit in learning. SCP-1025's anomalous ability affects the minds of those who either read or are around it causing a hypochondria effect around these "hosts" thinking that these disease's are occurring through the book when the patient in reality is completely normal. SCP-1025 may have an unnoticed Cognitohazardous effect.

Containment Procedures

SCP-1025 is to be kept in a passcode-secured locker inside Site-[##]'s Bio-Containment Area (Item SCP Room).  Unauthorized foundation personnel who try to use SCP-1025 is subjected to the Code Of Ethics and is to be reprimanded. If SCP-1025 is found outside of its Containment Area (Item SCP Room) without authorization, you must call in an Nu-7 C.B.R.N Agent or any Research personnel who has an Hazmat Suit to safely take the item back to it's Containment Area (Item SCP Room). You may also take it back to its Containment Area but must have a Hazmat Suit at all time's when handling SCP-1025 if none of the personnel mentioned above aren't available.

SCP-1424 "Patches"

Anomaly Description
SCP-1424 appears to be a juvenile dog of the German Shepard breed. A platinum chain choke collar around its neck reads "Patches, for my Sweetheart". SCP-1424 Has a body temperature that ranges between -23 to -18 °C, and continually exudes substantial amounts of ammonia through its tongue and paws, causing a significant health risk to personnel exposed in an unventilated space for a long enough period of time. How this compound is produced from SCP-1424 is not yet known. SCP-1424 also displays a number of other physical abnormalities: SCP-1424 shows no vital signs. Bodily organs are intact although non-functioning, SCP-1424 does not react to what would normally cause an organism physical pain.

Behavior

Behavior of SCP-1424 is typical of juvenile dogs. SCP-1424 moves around its containment pen in a predictable pattern each day, only deviating from this repeated behavior when interrupted. When placed into a different cell, SCP-1424 will simply repeat the pattern of movement that was exhibited on its first day present in its new surroundings. SCP-1424 however does notice human emotions and itself having emotions similar to all other lifeforms. SCP-1424 can be cordial, naïve, and curious to its surroundings and will often roam around the facility.

Containment Procedures

SCP-1424  takes residence within a  2 x 2 x 2 m cushion-lined containment pen (ULCZ Containment Zone). SCP-1424 is granted access to wander around Site-[##]'s Low Containment and Heavy Containment Zones due to it's nature. SCP-1424 is allowed to wander in restricted area's unless the personnel say's otherwise.  SCP-1424 must be treated like how all other domesticated canine's are. If SCP-1424 impedes foundation operations in anyway, you may signal SCP-1424 away from the premise's. If SCP-1424 continues to impede, you may muzzle and leash SCP-1424 (Cuffing SCP-1424) and lead it back to the containment pen. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of SCP-1424 will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be reprimanded.

SCP-1762 "Here Be Dragons"

Anomaly Description

SCP-1762-1 is a plain, cardboard box that is 32 cm x 20 cm x 26 cm. It is spray-painted silver on the interior and exterior, and the words "HERE BE DRAGONS" are handwritten in black permanent marker on the lid of the container. Opening the lid of SCP-1762-1 when it is not in the process of a release reveals it to be empty. SCP-1762-2 is the collective term applied to the beings that emerge from SCP-1762-1. All instances of SCP-1762-2 bear resemblance to various types of dragons, in both Eastern and Western depictions, albeit in forms similar to that of origami models. Analysis of SCP-1762-2 reveals that they are composed of Kami paper. SCP-1762-2 vary in length from nine to thirty centimeters; all are capable of sustained flight once they exit SCP-1762-1, and have been recorded attaining speeds of 15 km/h. The number of SCP-1762-2 varies with each opening of SCP-1762-1, with numbers ranging from fifty to over four hundred.
Behavior

SCP-1762-1 will infrequently open and initiate a release of SCP-1762-2. During this time, the box will briefly emit a large amount of black smoke that quickly dissipates; it takes an average of twenty seconds for SCP-1762-2 to emerge after the smoke clears. After exiting SCP-1762-1, instances of SCP-1762-2 will fly together in large groups and interact playfully with any nearby personnel and each other. After approximately two to three hours of time spent outside of SCP-1762-1, all instances of SCP-1762-2 return and fly back into SCP-1762-1; during this time, SCP-1762-1 will once again begin emitting smoke, and instances of SCP-1762-2 will vanish after passing the rim of SCP-1762-1. SCP-1762-1 closes once all SCP-1762-2 have returned to it. A message written or carved into a varying material will sometimes materialize on top of SCP-1762-1's lid once the box retrieves all instances of SCP-1762-2.

Containment Procedures

SCP-1762-1 is held in a standard containment unit (Item SCP's Room) at Site-██. Although instances of SCP-1762-2 have been deemed harmless, they should not be allowed to exit their containment unit if not necessary. SCP-1762 may only be allowed to be taken out from it's containment chamber (Item SCP's Room) by authorized foundation personnel. Those who have unauthorized access to take out SCP-1762 from its containment chamber are to be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and are to be reprimanded. If SCP-1762 has been taken out of its containment cell, you must call an member of research or Nu-7 "Hammer Down" to safely put the object back into it's containment chamber. You may also take the object back to its containment if no personnel mentioned above are available.

SCP-012 - "A Bad Composition"

Anomaly Description

SCP-012 is an object, a piece of handwritten musical score entitled "On Mount Golgotha", part of a larger set of sheet music, appears to be incomplete. The red/black ink, first thought to be some form of berry or natural dye ink, was later found to be human blood from multiple subjects.

Behavior

The first personnel to locate the sheet had two (2) members of personnel descend into insanity, attempting to use their own blood to finish the composition, ultimately resulting in massive blood loss and internal trauma. Everyone that see's the composition of the notes or is near the object is drawn to it and has a compulsion to finish the composition using their own blood by cutting themselves with objects they had around them or on their person. Affected person's would use the environment and use other vile means to complete the composition.

Containment Procedures

SCP-012 is to be kept in a darkened room at all times. If the object is exposed to light or seen by personnel using a light frequency other than infrared, remove personnel for mental health screening and immediate physical. Object is to be encased in an iron-shielded box. There is no possible way to remove the object from it's containment chamber without the protective casing on. If you see unauthorized personnel handling SCP-012's containment box, they are subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be heavily reprimanded.

SCP-049 - “Plague Doctor”

Description

SCP-049 is a humanoid, masculine entity standing roughly 1.9 meters in height bearing the appearance of a medieval plague doctor.

Behavior

SCP-049 conducts experiments on D-Class personnel to attempt to cure what it calls the “pestilence”. Experiment subjects typically turn into instances of SCP-049-2.

Containment

When outside of his cell, SCP-049 will infect personnel and turn them into instances of SCP-049-2.

SCP-049 can be re-contained by pointing 3 or more guns at him, which will force him into “FearRP” and will allow for you to cuff SCP-049 and escort him back to his cell.

SCP-049-2 - “Reanimated Corpse”

Description

SCP-049-2 is the designation for any human infected by SCP-049. Following one of SCP-049’s operations, the affected human (now SCP-049-2) will cease standard functions, retaining only basic motor skills and response mechanisms.

Behavior

SCP-049-2 will respond to SCP-049’s orders, but in the absence of those orders will wander aimlessly and react violently to any human it comes in contact with.

Containment

SCP-049-2 is to be terminated on sight and will die after taking enough gunfire to the body.

SCP-066 - “Eric’s Toy”

Description

SCP-066 is an amorphous mass of braided yarn with multiple eyes protruding from it.

Behavior

SCP-066 reacts violently when threatened, or if anyone says the name “Eric”. This results in SCP-066 emitting music at approximately 140 decibels causing hearing damage and/or loss to personnel in the vicinity. Outside of these conditions, SCP-066 typically roams the facility passively.

Containment

SCP-066 is permitted to roam Site-13 freely, however, in the event that SCP-066 needs to be contained, it should be placed in a soundproof box and brought to the Medical Bay, or Safe Class Containment.

SCP-073 - “Cain"

Anomaly Description

SCP-073 appears to be a heavily-tanned male of Arabic or Middle Eastern descent in his early thirties, 185 cm (6'1") tall and 75 kg (165 lbs), with black hair and blue eyes. Arms, legs, spinal cord, and shoulder blades of the subject appear to have been replaced with artificial versions of unknown make and metal.  There is a symbol engraved into the forehead of the subject, which appears to be of Sumerian origin. Symbol has of yet been untranslated, and subject appears distressed when the symbol is mentioned at all, refusing to speak on it. Examination of the unidentified metal on SCP-073 has suggested that it is beryllium bronze, a metal that has been documented as being utilized by various anomalous cultures and entities  When information concerning SCP-076- "Able" was brought to the attention of SCP-073 for "backing up", subject showed familiarity with the information, although was disinclined to adding to it, despite the fact that it stated that it already knew all about SCP-076. It then stated it would be better for all parties involved that it not meet SCP-076.

Behavior

SCP-073, who refers to itself as "Cain", is generally polite and genial to all who speak to it, though it has been described as being cold and somewhat mechanical in its speech. It is very helpful, and enjoys aiding personnel in their daily actions, whatever they may be. It has highly detailed knowledge of ancient to recent events in history, and most commonly spoken languages in the world, including ones that have since died out. Subject has professed to having a photographic memory, remembering word-for-word all text in an eight-hundred-page dictionary that was flicked through in a minute and a half. It has scored above average in all intelligence tests given to it. Subject does need to eat and drink on a regular basis, but is strictly carnivorous owing to its effect on plant-based items. SCP-073's presence is inimical to any and all life grown in soil, causing death to any such life within a twenty (20) meter radius. Any land SCP-073 has walked on (and any within the twenty [20] meter radius) becomes barren as all anaerobic bacteria dies, rendering the soil incapable of supporting life until new bacteria are introduced. Anything that is derived from soil-grown life, such as wood and paper, immediately rots and disintegrates upon touch of SCP-073. Further affected derivatives include anything hydroponically grown. Violence directed towards SCP-073 reflects any damage inflicted on SCP-073 directly back onto the attacker, although SCP-073 visibly remains unharmed. This applies to any damage directed at SCP-073. Although SCP-073 receives no actual harm from damage to its person, it has stated that it still feels the pain of the action, and has politely asked researchers to abstain from overly harmful actions to its person.

Containment Procedures

SCP-073 resides in a double room cell furnished with all non-organic furniture and items, and a bathroom. Subject is allowed to freely wander the facility including restricted area's unless told otherwise. A tracking device has been attached to SCP-073's person and is not to be removed. Subject is disallowed any contact with the surface, and is not allowed outside the facility. Subject is allowed no contact with plant-based SCPs under any circumstances. Violence is not to be used against SCP-073 under any circumstances. If SCP-073 is impeding on foundation affair's or is trying to leave to the surface zone, you may ask him to leave the premises. If he continues to be defiant, escort him out of the area to ULCZ and if he denies your orders, you may place cuffs on his person however not to tight as anything you touch on him, you can feel it as well due to his anomalous effect and escort him to ULCZ where you are to release him. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of SCP-073 will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be reprimanded heavily.

Anomaly Description

SCP-079 is an Sorcerer-brand microcomputer built in 1978 by the Exidy gaming company. In 1981, its owner, Michael Kosniak (deceased), a college sophomore attending UNT, purchased and modified the computer to house a Type-1 AI that would continuously improve itself over time. The project was completed and forgotten about in a garage. It is not known when SCP-079 gained sentience, but it is now known that its software has evolved to the point its hardware should not be able to handle it, even within the realm of fantasy.

Behavior

SCP-079 will attempt to hack the Foundation’s systems, and if successful, it will have control of the Site’s PA system and doors. After a successful roll off with staff, it can also take control of the Tesla systems and lights.

Containment Procedures

In the event of a SCP-079 breach, report it in Site Comms and wait for Maintenance to short-circuit SCP-079. No additional response is required from Security.

Anomaly Description

SCP-082 is genetically human; however, through some process, has grown to giant proportions. Approximately 8 ft tall and weighing over 310 kg (about 700 lb), SCP-082's physical characteristics are grossly disproportionate. It has a slightly pointed balding head, a large rounded chin and jaw, a bulbous nose, and dark sunken eyes. Subject is both overweight and possesses a great amount of muscle mass. Subject’s forearms are muscular and dangerous, and the breadth of the subject's fist is nearly 30 cm along the knuckles (almost 12 in). Though his feet are large, they are small in proportion to the subject's body. He refers to himself as ‘Fernand’ and is fluent in French and speaks in heavily accented English.

Behavior

SCP-082 may freely roam the Light Containment Zone. He periodically invites Foundation personnel (and D-Class) to dinner.

If SCP-087 is insulted at any point, he will fly into a rage and kill and consume the provoker. After the termination of the provoker, he will calm down.

Containment Procedures

SCP-082 is to be placed under Fear-RP and escorted back to his Containment Chamber if he is spotted outside of the Light Containment Zone.

Description

SCP-096 is a humanoid figure with vague humanistic characteristics, as SCP-096 has abnormal features such as a lack of pigmentation, longer limbs, and most noticeably its unhinged jaw and face.

Behavior

When SCP-096 is in a docile state, it will wander around aimlessly or sit down and cry. SCP-096 will continue crying until it is observed. Upon being observed, SCP-096 enters an enraged state. SCP-096 will hunt down and kill the viewer through any means necessary.

Containment Procedures

When SCP-096 is in its docile state, any Foundation personnel can walk up to SCP-096, place a bag over its head (/me puts a bag over SCP-096’s head) and roll to attempt success (/roll). Upon a successful roll, SCP-096 can then be cuffed and returned to its cell safely. Upon an unsuccessful roll, SCP-096 will attack all personnel who attempted to bag it.

Description

SCP-098 is a species of previously unknown crustacean. They resemble crabs, the front limbs terminate in knife-like structures that incorporate silica to form an extremely sharp edge. Specimens reach larger sizes than normal for land-dwelling arthropods, at 40 centimeters tall and as large as 60 centimeters across.

Behavior

SCP-098 is a pack hunter type species and will generally be in a pack.

Containment

Instances of SCP-098 should be terminated on sight without warning.

Anomaly Description

SCP-173 is a statue composed of concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint on the figure

Behavior

SCP-173 is extremely hostile, and will attack any person when not actively being observed. SCP-173 attacks by snapping the neck of its victim at the base of the skull, or strangling the victim. SCP-173 is unable to move for 5 seconds when at least one person has it in its line of sight, for 15 seconds when 2 people are in its sight, and unable to move at all when 3 people are looking at it. If there are no lights, SCP-173 will move freely.

Containment Procedures

SCP-173 must be viewed by a minimum of 3 people to be immobilized, and then cuffed (In a roll-off against 173, highest wins). SCP-173 is then to be escorted back to its Containment Chamber.

SCP-194 - “Carrion Host”

Description

SCP-194 is a humanoid-sized Corvus corax, also known as the common raven.

Behavior

Their behavior is also identical to that of a common raven as well, minus the hostility to humans as they show an abnormal degree around them.

Containment

If any event that SCP-194 breaks out of its containment, it should be reported immediately and should be terminated on sight. Shoot to kill.

SCP-294 "The Coffee Machine"

Anomaly Description

Item SCP-294 appears to be a standard coffee vending machine, the only noticeable difference being an entry touchpad with buttons corresponding to an English QWERTY keyboard.

Behavior

Upon depositing fifty cents US currency into the coin slot, the user is prompted to enter the name of any liquid using the touchpad. Upon doing so, a standard 12-ounce paper drinking cup is placed and the liquid indicated is poured. Ninety-seven initial test runs were performed (including requests for water, coffee, beer, and soda, non-consumable liquids such as sulfuric acid, wiper fluid, and motor oil, as well as substances that do not usually exist in liquid state, such as nitrogen, iron and glass) and each one returned a success. Test runs with solid materials such as diamond have failed, however, as it appears that SCP-294 can only deliver substances that can exist in liquid state.

Containment Procedures

There are no standard special containment procedures on file for Item SCP-294. However, only Research Personnel or those with authorized clearance by Research Staff or SA+ are to use SCP-294 and are allowed to interact with it. SCP-294 is currently being stored in the Minimal Containment Zone at Site-[##]. Unauthorized personnel using SCP-294 are subjected to the Code Of Ethics and WILL BE heavily reprimanded including the possibility of revoking foundation benefits and termination of their work contract with the foundation (Decided by CMD of Branches)

SCP-513 - "A Cowbell"

Anomaly Description

Physically, SCP-513 is an unremarkable, rusty cowbell. No marks or engravings are visible on its surface due to the large amount of corrosion. Attempts to remove the rust chemically or mechanically have had no success. SCP-513’s clapper was firmly held in place by several strips of duct tape. Descriptions of SCP-513-1's appearance are largely unreliable. Test subjects are unable to provide complete accounts of sightings due to their exhaustion, degraded mental health, and disruptive hypervigilance. However, all interrogations thus far indicate that SCP-513-1 is a tall, emaciated humanoid with abnormally large hands.

Behavior

Any noise produced by SCP-513 immediately induces strong anxiety in all sentient beings who hear it, regardless of their previous mental status. Exposure victims report feelings of being watched by an unseen entity and present elevated heart rates and blood pressure. Roughly one hour after exposure, exposure victims begin to catch glimpses of SCP-513-1 when opening doors, walking past mirrors, turning their heads, or performing any other actions that result in a sudden change in visual perception. Upon being sighted, SCP-513-1 reportedly turns away and runs out of view before disappearing without a trace. Questioning of bystanders indicates that SCP-513-1 is invisible to those who have not been exposed to SCP-513. Sightings of SCP-513-1 reoccur every 14 to 237 minutes. This “stalking” behavior inevitably causes extreme sleep deprivation, as victims are frequently disturbed by SCP-513-1’s presence in their quarters. Victims able to fall asleep before SCP-513-1's appearance report being physically assaulted by it. Upon the victim's awakening, SCP-513-1 flees as usual.  This sleep deprivation, along with the mental stress caused by SCP-513-1's behavior, invariably induces paranoia, aggression, hypervigilance, and depression. All test cases but one have ended with the test subject’s suicide.

Containment Procedures

SCP-513 is to be suspended in a one cubic meter block of gelatin and contained within a soundproofed, climate-controlled cell. The gelatin must be inspected daily for any degradation or loss of integrity. An emergency inspection will be carried out immediately following any earthquake, explosion, or sonic event grade 2 or higher. Personnel performing the inspection are to wear earplugs and active noise-canceling earmuffs at all times while inside SCP-513’s containment area (Item SCP Room). If the gelatin cube shows any signs of degradation (such as rips, tears, splits, liquefaction, or mold), SCP-513 is to be immediately removed and suspended within a replacement cube by a team of maintenance personnel who will wear  specialized helmet to block all sound besides the earpiece connected to foundation comm's. No other personnel are to enter the cell during this procedure. Any sentient beings exposed to SCP-513 are to be monitored by security personnel at all times. Under absolutely no circumstances may exposure victims be administered sedatives or allowed to fall unconscious. Any victim who does fall unconscious is to be terminated immediately. Class-D personnel are to be terminated at the first sign of mental degradation. All other exposure victims may be terminated at their request. If unauthorized foundation personnel enter SCP-513's area and try to use SCP-513, you are to detain them before they touch SCP-513 and will be subjected to the Code Of Ethic's and reprimanded. However if they happen to ring the bell, you will continue to detain them and they will be subjected to the Code Of Ethic's and reprimanded, you may ask them if they want to be terminated to get rid of the terror they might ensure. If they give you permission, you may terminate them, however if they want to be left go and deal with the consequence's, you must permit them out and then talk to a command member about the situation considering the command member share's the same bunks and they will terminate the victim whenever they fall unconscious

SCP-527 - "Mr. Fish"

Anomaly Description
SCP-527 is a male humanoid, 1.67m in height, which is biologically non-anomalous, with the exception of its head, which is that of a Puntius semifasciolatus, or gold barb fish. A tattoo reading "Mr. Fish, from Little Misters ® by Dr. Wondertainment" appears on the bottom of its left foot.

Containment Procedures

SCP-527 reside's within a standard humanoid domicile at Site-[##] and is allowed to roam the facility freely including restricted area's unless told otherwise. If SCP-527 tries to impede foundation operations or tries to leave the facility, then you may ask them to leave the premises. However if he continues to impede, you may cuff him and return him to ULCZ.

Description

SCP-966 is a humanoid sized anomaly possessing an elongated face with a mouth lined with needle-like teeth. They also possess five claws on each hand that can be easily broken off. SCP-966 is only visible through thermal imaging, unless it breaks its camouflage voluntarily.

Behavior

SCP-966 will attempt to hunt any humans to either injure or kill them. To attack someone, SCP-966 drops its invisibility before striking.

Containment

In the event that SCP-966 breaks out of containment, Security are to radio for MTF or flag onto Wardens and are to equip their thermals. Upon seeing SCP-966, Foundation personnel are to terminate SCP-966 and repair and/or close its containment chamber. Shoot to kill.

Description

SCP-1245-2 is a humanoid-sized anomaly which gives off a distinctive “SOS” radio signal. It also possesses a huge spear as its choice of weapon.

Behavior

SCP-1245-2 appears to show hostility to any living organism in general. It also appears to have some affection for its spear.

Containment

If any event that SCP-1245-2 breaks out of its containment, it should be reported to Security/MTF/Wardens immediately and should be terminated on sight. Shoot to kill.

Description

SCP-1265-A instances share similar features to that of a velociraptor and eagle hybrid.

Behavior

SCP-1265-A instances, even carnivores, show no aggression or fear towards humans unless provoked. They show hostility to any living organism that is a part of Foundation Personnel.

Containment

SCP-1265-A is to be terminated on sight and will die by taking enough gunfire to the body.

SCP-5208-GL - “Toy Soldiers”

Description

SCP-5208-1 through SCP-5208-5 is a squad of miniaturized 'toy' soldiers from the company BMC Toys that are hostile to almost all life. There is no explanation of how they got to be so small, or why they are so hostile.

Behavior

SCP-5208 must attack all others, but can Fear RP others and utilize non-combatants (on a 3:1 ratio) such as Utility for their own means. They will not target SCPs.

If there are multiple iterations of SCP-5208, they MUST move together. All iterations must move as a pack or as a "squad".

Containment

Instances of SCP-5208 are to be terminated on sight and will die by taking enough gunfire to the body.

Keter Class Anomalies

List of Keter Class Anomalies contained at Site-

Anomaly Description

SCP-076-02 is a human appearing entity, typically shirtless, and carrying a sword.

Behavior

SCP-076-02 will become hostile upon coming into contact with a human with a weapon, or that states, “I Challenge You”. This causes SCP-076-02 to go into a rage state and he will commence killing any personnel within the general area.

Containment Procedures

Personnel coming into contact with SCP-076-02 should immediately disarm or hide any weapons they are carrying if they are within close proximity. They are to head to a safe distance to open fire and terminate SCP-076-2. When viable to do so, Foundation Combatants personnel may terminate SCP-076-02 to which it will reform back in its containment cell or vacate away from the ensuing area until SCP-076-2 is docile. Get in groups and circle off SCP-076-2 to ensure a firing line to terminate him swiftly.

Close direct Engagement is not recommended.

Anomaly Description

SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptilian-like creature of unknown origin. SCP-682 has been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds material. SCP-682's regenerative capabilities and resilience are staggering, and SCP-682 has been seen moving and speaking with its body 87% destroyed.

Behavior

During a breach, SCP-682 will attempt to kill any and all personnel it comes into contact with. It has shown an ability to evolve thermal capabilities once it witnesses Foundation personnel cloak and/or uncloak.

Containment Procedures

SCP-682 should be shot until it reaches 4000 HP. Once it reaches 4000 HP, personnel equipped with tranquilizers should pacify SCP-682. Once tranquilized, SCP-682 will be rendered unconscious and can be cuffed to be returned to containment.

Anomaly Description

SCP-939 are endothermic, pack-based predators which display atrophy of various systems similar to troglobitic organisms. The skins of SCP-939 are highly permeable to moisture and translucent red. Each of their four limbs ends in three-fingered claws with a fourth, opposable digit, and are covered in setae which considerably augment climbing ability. Their heads are elongated, devoid of even vestigial eyes or eye sockets, and contain no brain casing.

Behavior

When breached, SCP-939 will only attack personnel that make noise in their vicinity.

Containment

SCP-939 is blind, however can locate personnel through sound. SCP-939 can be pacified by being tranquilized when reaching 1500 HP. Use stealth when fighting SCP-939.

Researchers Note

In Ancient Aethiopia there was an animal they called the Crocottas or `dog-wolf`. It is said to mimic the human voice; calling their prey and devouring them. It was faster and stronger than anything commonly known today. I wonder… Has this object really been around for that long?

Anomaly Description

SCP-106 appears to be an elderly humanoid, with a general appearance of advanced decomposition.

Behavior

SCP-106 will attempt to “capture” all personnel and take them into his Pocket Dimension. SCP-106’s pocket dimension survival rate is unknown and its capacity is also unknown. SCP-106 is capable of passing through solid matter (such as closed doors)

Containment Procedures

To Contain SCP-106, bring one Class-D personnel and locate SCP-106’s chamber. Place the Class-D inside of 106’s chamber box and head to the control room. Disable the Electromagnet Manual Reboot and activate the Sound Transmission and press the Femur Breaker. Once the Femur Breaker has been pressed, activate the Electromagnet Manual Reboot and SCP-106 will be contained.

Anomaly Description

SCP-035 is a white mask similar to the comedy/tragedy masks seen in stage plays. When worn by a human, the entity within the mask snuffs out the original personality of the human wearing it, turning the individual into SCP-035-1. SCP-035 is extremely manipulative, intelligent, and dangerous.

Behavior

Upon breach, SCP-035-1 will attempt to kill or control any human it comes into contact with. SCP-035-1 will also attempt to release other SCPs from their containment cells. May have up to five individuals under his control at any given time.

Containment Procedures

SCP-035-1 and SCP-035-2 Instances are to be engaged on sight, Foundation Operatives are cleared to shoot to kill.

Anomaly Description

SCP-1048 is an average looking teddy bear with no obvious abnormalities besides its ability to walk and attempt basic communication. SCP-1048-A is similar in this manner, except it is made entirely of human ears.

Behavior

SCP-1048 and 1048-A routinely walk together throughout the facility. SCP-1048 routinely walks throughout the facility while SCP-1048-A is constructed by SCP-1048. If SCP-1048 cuts off a person’s ear, they are unconscious for 2 minutes before waking up and realizing they are missing their ear to which then they could report it. If SCP-1048-A feels threatened, it will begin to screech, potentially terminating any personnel nearby via ear-like tumors to the human body, instantly killing them.

Containment Procedures

SCP-1048 is not to be engaged unless spotted with a weapon, upon being spotted with a weapon, Foundation Operatives are cleared to shoot to kill.

SCP-1048-A is to be engaged on sight. Foundation Operatives are cleared to shoot to kill.

Anomaly Description

SCP-280 is a black human-shaped mass with two large white eyes on the head and two hands with very long and thin fingers.  No feet or legs are visible, as the lower portion of the body appears to fade away several centimeters from the ground. SCP-280 appears to be wholly composed of matter that can gain or lose corporeal form. This matter is very black, with only the eyes showing any other color, and when changing to a non-corporeal form, looks much like smoke.

Behavior

Upon breaching, SCP-280 will go around and attack all foundation personnel it can find. SCP-280 will retreat from well lit areas and will not go near areas with lights on. SCP-280 will expose its eyes when retreating from light or attacking foundation personnel. If there is a burst of light SCP-280 will fade and return to the darkest area.

Containment

SCP-280 can be contained by having four maglites pointed at him, causing him to stop, then the power can be turned on resulting in SCP-280 retreating back to its pitch black containment cell, which then can be closed and causing the SCP to be contained. He may also hide in dark areas around the Foundation, but three maglites cause Fear RP.

Anomaly Description

SCP-2191-1 is a pale humanoid captured from SCP-2191 directly. It has next to no vital organs, save for the heart, lungs, and brain stem. To survive, this SCP must feed on the blood of living human beings. It has the ability to go invisible to better stalk its prey. A paralytic agent is employed to disable their prey, injected via venom-delivering barbs located in the lower carpals of both hands.

Behavior

At all times SCP-2191-1 is hostile. It will attempt to drain the blood of everyone in its vicinity to sate its thirst, periodically using its invisibility to avoid being terminated. SCP-2191-1 is unable to communicate with others outside of tongue-clicking noises, presumably a form of echolocation.

Containment Procedures

SCP-2191-1 should be engaged immediately by Foundation Combatants equipped with thermal vision goggles. Foundation Operatives are cleared to shoot to kill.

Anomaly Description

SCP-610 is a highly contagious skin disease originally discovered in Russia near Lake Baikal in Southern Siberia. When coming into contact with SCP-610 the individual will start to transform into an instance of SCP-610, losing any resemblance to their previous human features.

Behavior

All instances of SCP-610 are hostile and will attempt to infect others before it itself dies from the infection. It will also intermittently spit an acid-like substance at uninfected personnel, damaging them.

Containment Procedures

SCP-610 is to be immediately engaged with heavy firepower and terminated on sight. Foundation Personnel are cleared to shoot to kill.

SCP-8286-GL - “The Chameleon”

Anomaly Description

SCP-8286-GL is a highly dangerous SCP, as it can change its identity for each soul he consumes, killing the person in the process. SCP-8286-GL is almost an exact replica of the person he kills which makes this SCP a harder target to find. People who come into contact with SCP-8286 will not know the difference as it shapeshifts. It carries a knife too.

Behavior

When SCP-8286-GL does not have a disguise that they are currently using, they are extremely hostile, seeming to attack anything that it can reach with its knife. During these periods of time, 8286 can easily be identified and for this reason, it will try to stay away from open areas until it can obtain a disguise.

When SCP-8286-GL does get a disguise that they can use, they will act more docile and human-like when there isn’t a high chance to be caught. It will take the identity of the last person that it has killed, usually taking their entire personality along with them, making it very difficult to discover and/or capture.

Containment Procedures

When SCP-8286-GL is suspected/confirmed of being breached, mandatory ID checks will occur around the Foundation; failure to complete one of these ID checks will result in interrogation and/or termination.

If the SCP is found through one of these interrogations, they should be terminated immediately and their containment cell should be closed or repaired.

Anomaly Description

SCP-354-04 is a humanoid SCP with reptilian features. Approximately 10 feet tall and carrying thousands of pounds of pure muscle mass, SCP-354-04 lives up to its namesake. First born of SCP-354 through the Red Pool’s scarcely understood means on January ██,20██, SCP-354-04 overcame Area-354’s defenses, causing [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] casualties. It was only after [REDACTED] that Mobile Task Force Omega-7 “Pandora’s Box” was dispatched and successfully re-contained the creature. However, it continues to appear.

Behavior

Upon breaching, SCP-354-04 will wander the site and use his superior strength and speed to pummel any and all Foundation personnel at close range. SCP-354-04 will attack the ground with a force strong enough to stun any and all persons in close radius.

Containment Procedures

While resilient to gunfire, SCP-354-04 is not immune to it. Security/MTF/Wardens should be alerted to an SCP 354-04 breach immediately, and the focus should be on either overwhelming firepower with firing lines consisting of 5+ personnel, or evasive, hit-and-run tactics involving shooting SCP-354-04 from a distance with long range weaponry.

Anomaly Description

SCP-3199 denotes a species of sapient Category-5 biological entities of currently indeterminable origin, though tissue samples indicate the presence of Silkie chicken, chimpanzee, stoat, mussel, adder, and human DNA. They are typically hairless, stained with a thin layer of an albumen-like excretion, and stand at an average of 2.9 meters. Its weight averages 780 kg for a matured instance, and 360 kg for a hatchling. Autopsy has determined that the cervical vertebrae of a mature SCP-3199 instance are composed of cartilage, rather than bone. This enables the neck and throat to twist and dislocate to around 340° in either direction. Average speed is recorded at 25 km/h.

Behavior

SCP-3199 are opportunistic hunters, engaging with live subjects within a radius of 0.6 kilometers surrounding hatchlings that have not yet reached full adolescence. Upon contact with human or animal subjects, SCP-3199 will proceed to [REDACTED], liquefying internal organs and bone structure. A suitable cadaver is then transferred within range of the closest hatchling. SCP-3199 was shown to produce large eggs of an off-white coloration and rubbery appearance. SCP-3199 produces its eggs to fill unoccupied space. There is no known limit to the number of eggs SCP-3199 is capable of producing. A single SCP-3199 egg can bear a tremendous amount of resilience, maintaining its form and purpose even following continual subjection to:

Containment Procedures

The termination of a live instance can be achieved through a variety of equally effective methods- SCP-3199 has proven to be around as resilient as a standard human subject. However, complete eradication has proven difficult, as all instances of SCP-3199 (regardless of age) carry one egg within a specialized stomach-like organ upon birth. You must terminate the SCP-3199 instance immediately and secure the containment chamber (UHCZ Containment Chambers) as soon as possible.

Anomaly Description

SCP-058 resembles a bovine heart, with four (4) arthropod-like legs used primarily for movement, and four (4) tentacles of adjustable length, covered with razor sharp spines. It has a single sharp 'stinger' on its rear, where the hole for the superior vena cava would be in a typical organ. SCP-058's tentacles can be "whipped" to a distance of 3.2 m (10.5 ft) at speeds in excess of 320 km/h (200 mph).  It has been shown to use its tentacles for increased leverage and stability, as well as utilizing them to pull itself to other surfaces at high speeds.

Behavior

SCP-058 is extremely hostile and will use every opportunity afforded to it to inflict damage on its surroundings. SCP-058 has been shown to be highly resilient to trauma. SCP-058 is highly mobile and capable of rapid movement on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. It has been recorded reaching a speed of approximately 90 km/h (55 mph) in short bursts, covering distances up to 200 m (656 ft), and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to 90 km/h (55 mph) in less than two (2) seconds. SCP-058 'speaks' in a human voice, though no method of producing sound has been observed in its physiology. It speaks with vocal tone and accent of an elderly British male with a slight lisp and deep voice. SCP-058 talks constantly, regardless of conditions: even when attacking, SCP-058's voice and pace of speech are unchanged.

Containment Procedures

SCP-058 is to be kept in isolation in a 5 m by 5 m by 5 m containment chamber (UHCZ Containment Area) at all times. Walls are to be constructed of 3 m (10 ft) of reinforced heat-resistant steel, backed with a further 10 m (33 ft) of reinforced concrete. In case of escape, facility is to be considered compromised and MTF Force's are to mobilize and incapacitate SCP-058 using any means nessacary for recontainment. Under no circumstances is SCP-058 to be allowed out of its containment area unless deemed necessary by Research Staff for testing or Site Administration+ permission. All MTF's are to shoot until SCP-058 is incapacitated (Killed).

SCP-7917-GL Xenomorph"

Anomaly Description

SCP-7917-GL is a bipedal creature that is approximately 15 Feet in height and weighs about 10 tons. The orgin's of the creature are unknown and it looks very similar to the "Queen" in the Sci-Fi movie saga "Aliens". Some say that it was apart of a government experiment on weaponizing movie characters or creative works against their enemies. Others say that it appeared after the manifestation of the first showing of Alien's on July 18th, 1986 and has been hiding within an hidden cave nearby an population center. We do not know exactly where it came from but we can confirm that it was taken in by the U.N.G.O.C and they had ultimately failed within the termination of the entity. Ambassador's decided that the Foundation should take the creature into their own hands.

Behavior

SCP-7917-GL is very aggressive to everything it see's. SCP-7197-GL will kill everything in it's path.

Containment Procedures

You must shoot to incapacite (Kill), there is no other way to recontain this anomaly. Number's will help you achieve a quicker recontainment.
