It is expected that all members of the Imperial Navy follow these regulations. Any violation will result in punishment.
Always follow the Navy Handbook and Imperial Law Ruling Handbook.
Use the proper RFA advert, linked in the Law Ruling Handbook.
Never use your rank as an excuse to break a server rule.
Be active on the server and Discord.
Do not ask, beg or imply for promotions. Asking how to get promoted is different than asking for a promotion.
Remain polite and professional, including refraining from using inappropriate language.
Maintain a professional tone and never discriminate against fellow Imperial personnel.
Bow in the initial presence of the Emperor and salute Lord Vader.
Address all superiors by "Sir" and lower-ranked personnel by rank/name.
Whenever an Ensign+ enters a room, you must say, "<Rank> on deck!" and stand at attention.
Resume standard operations if acknowledged or after 3 seconds of saluting your superior.
You must always be in a Naval Teamspeak channel when on duty.
Specialties may be in their associated Teamspeak channel(s).
All Ensign+ are required to be in the Command Discord.
Always utilize the stairs leading to Bridge Pits rather than jumping on the consoles.
Documents are classified to Naval personnel, and any unauthorized release is strictly prohibited.
Notify an active supervisor before leaving your duty station / getting off the job.
Do not kill troopers on the Bridge; this includes those who trespass. Anyone trespassing on the Bridge is to be arrested.
All Crewmen Apprentices are on a 2-week trial period. If a CA has yet to be promoted to the rank of Junior Crewman within 2 weeks, they will be removed from the Regiment.
You must get permission from TWO Lieutenant Commander+ when applying for a Senior Officer rank.
The Naval personnel who is currently in charge of Deck Command may use the radio within moderation to communicate with other regiments during events, or when it is required.

Senior Chief Petty Officer & Midshipman may promote to the rank of Crewman.
Ensign may promote to the rank of Leading Crewman.
Sub-Lieutenant may promote to the rank of Petty officer 1st Class.
Lieutenant may promote to the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
Lieutenant Commander may promote to the rank of Midshipman.
Commander may promote to the rank of Ensign.
Captain may promote to the rank of Lieutenant.
Vice Admiral may promote to the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Admiral may promote to the rank of Captain.
Starfighter & ISB Promotion Limits
Pilot Officer through Flying Lieutenant may promote to the rank of Crewman.
Squadron Leader+ may promote to the rank of Leading Crewman.
Junior Operative through Senior Operative may promote to the rank of Crewman.
Junior Agent+ may promote to the rank of Leading Crewman.
Starfighter & Naval Interactions
Starfighter Corps Pilots are a part of the Imperial Navy. Therefore, it is not uncommon to see Pilots and Naval Personnel interact with each other more than anyone else. For this reason, there is a set of privileges uniquely given to the Starfighter Corps. Abusing any of these will be punished.
Pilots may:
Enter Bridge / GCC when sectors are called.
Enter Bridge / GCC with a Corps Officer.
Enter Bridge / GCC on their own if the rank of Corps Officer, however, they can be removed by Naval Officers with a valid reason.
May attend Naval PDBs at the holo-table.
May conduct and join Naval personnel during various sectors.
Corps Officers may freely enter the bridge / GCC to support naval operations.
Senior Corps Officers may freely enter the bridge / GCC to support naval operations and supervise naval operations if there are no Chief Petty Officer (CPO+).
Any Corps NCO+ are allowed to enter the outer bridge, However if accompanied by a Navy/ISB:IO officer they will be allowed in the deep bridge.
Any Corps Officer+ are allowed to freely enter the Bridge / GCC but if they are disturbing any naval operations, Bridge Command has the right to remove them.
Navy Personnel may request pilots to scramble TIE Fighters for patrol, interception of foreign craft, or conducting maintenance outside the ISD or Imperial installation. Abusing this will result in punishment
