Imperial Law Ruling Guidelines

The Imperial Laws have been established to prevent misconduct and maintain order within the Order. It is the responsibility of all members to comply with these laws to avoid punishment. Failure to follow the laws will result in punishment, the severity of which will depend on the nature of the offense. If multiple laws are broken, the accused may face exile. In case there is not enough evidence to support a case, the suspect must be released by Imperial authorities.

Additionally, the Imperial Senate may hear and rule on cases opened by COMPNOR or its organizations if necessary. All members should be aware of the Imperial Laws and follow them accordingly to maintain a disciplined regime.

High Command may not be arrested, unless by Imperial Security Bureau (ISB:IA) personnel.

It is important to follow the levels of force correctly to ensure that incidents are handled appropriately. Verbal or formal reprimanding should be the first level of force used. If that does not resolve the issue, an arrest may be necessary. If the incident involves a member of a specific command team, then they should be reported to their command team. Finally, if the incident is particularly serious or warrants further action, it should be reported to a staff member for further investigation and possible disciplinary action.

Repeated Offense Time Multiplier:
Repeated offenders are subjected to more harsh punishment. Upon arrest over a repeated offense, a multiplier is applied to their jail time. When arresting the assailant, put which number offense it is in the "#" spot of [#] RFA. Offense only build over a day, and refresh at server reset [4:30 am EST].
