As you join regiments and continue to roleplay within our community, you will eventually come across different policies dictating the expectations for our playerbase. Please ensure you familiarize yourself and others with the policies and procedures for our roleplaying community.
LOA - Leave of Absence's are only required to be filled out when you are unable to connect to the server and play for 3+ days.
An ROA - Reduction of Activity Notice is required when you are unable to maintain steady activity on the server, but is not an excuse for extreme inactivity and failure to meet expectations.
All Vice Commander+ are expected to fill out an LOA / ROA notice in both the Command and Imperial Discords.
Any requested LOA / ROA for over a month, must be approved by High Command.
High Command must be notified of any LOA / ROA extended by more than a week.
Command Members are permitted to deny an LOA / ROA request if you've failed to maintain the expectations of your regiment.
Please Request your LOA/ROA on BOTH the command roster and your battalion's roster.
Reserves are given to individuals who have shown continued dedication to their respective battalion, exceeded expectations, met their quotas & contributed to their regiment via long-term beneficial implementations or improvements. Reserves are granted to those who have exceeded expectations but may be removed with the approval of High Command; performing at a sub-par capacity does not merit reserves.
Going into reserves:
All reserves must be approved by High Command and the respective Command Team of the regiment.
Reaching a rank does not automatically qualify a person for reserves.
All troopers seeking reserves will receive a mandatory two (2) rank demotion.
All active strikes/punishments must be appealed before seeking reserves.
Only Army/IQ Captain+ or Naval Lieutenant+ are eligible to receive reserves.
Expectations while in reserves:
Maintain the same level of professionalism that would be expected of an active member of the regiment.
Follow all rules and regulations.
Do not command or demand authority from troops while in reserves.
Reserves may be removed or demoted without notice should you fail to abide by Imperial policies and expectations.
Any reserves not meeting the reserve requirements are subject to removal.
Activating reserves:
When coming out of reserves, you will be your reserved rank or lower if an active member holds all current positions.
Contact your regimental command team about your intent to activate reserves.
Reserve Requirements:
All reserves on the roster must have the correct SteamID of the reservist.
All reserves on the roster must have a valid "Note" detailing their qualifications/reasons for reserves.
All reservists must remain in the Discord and maintain the correct regimental tags for their reserved rank.
Requesting Reserves Format:
Any member seeking reserves should fill out the following format, ensuring they message their respective High Command Overseer once completed. The format is as follows:
Introduction
Name, Rank, Regiment
Reserved rank you are seeking
Qualifications
Describe your contributions and achievements within the regiment
Explain how you have exceeded expectations and performed at a high level
Provide any relevant examples or evidence to support your claims
Strikes/Punishments
State whether you have any active strikes or punishments
Explain the circumstances and status of any previous appeals
Conclusion
Summarize your qualifications and reasons for seeking reserves
Regimental Transfers are requests to transfer to another regiment or branch by transferring your previous rank to a new unit. Both Regimental Commanders must approve all transfer requests to/from their regiment, but any Captain+ transfers or cross-branch transfers must be approved by their respective High Command. Upon transfer, you may be placed on an observation period and restricted from transferring for two (2) weeks.
Individuals who want to activate their reserves and then transfer the rank will have to activate their reserves and remain active and involved within their regiment for four (4) weeks before transferring. After the hold period, High Command will evaluate the reservists' performance and activity alongside the Command team of the regiment to decide whether to approve or deny the transfer request.
Commanders must discuss all transfers with their Command Team before deciding on transfers.
All transfers carry a 2 rank demotion, unless granted permission by high command overseers.
In order to gain access to critical areas and validate Imperial identities, every member of the Imperial Military is given a clearance level, shown on their Imperial Identification (Key) Card. Clearance Levels are different tiers of authorization granted to trusted personnel in order to allow access to various locations throughout Imperial installments.
All Imperial personnel must have a valid reason and proper authorization to enter Clearance restricted areas.

A Custom Class (CC) is a special type of class that players can create, usually with unique weapons, abilities, or equipment.
The process of linking a CC to a battalion requires a few steps. First, the player must contact their Commander and provide a list of all the details of the CC, including weapons, ships, equipment, name, health, armor, and other relevant information. The CC must also have a model similar to the battalion to which it will be linked. Once the Commander has this information, they will contact their HC Overseer to approve linking the CC to the battalion.
After receiving approval from both the Commander and HC Overseer, the player can create an approval post for Beckett, the Manager, to approve. It's important to note that no payment should be made to Gaminglight until final approval has been granted by the HC and Beckett. Any questions about the process can be directed to a Vice Commander in the player's battalion.
Players are not exempt from the rules set by the server or their regiment, even if they use a Custom Class. If players break these rules, they may face the consequences such as being removed from the Custom Class or unlinked from the regiment entirely. It is also important for players to be careful when adding others to their Custom Class, as any rule-breaking behavior from those individuals may reflect poorly on the player who created the Custom Class. If someone is removed from the regiment or banned from the server, it may be necessary to pay to remove them from the Custom Class.
If a player chooses to use the Inquisitorius upgrade, they must follow the Defensive Rule while using a lightsaber. This rule involves the Inquisitorius serving as a frontline force, using their lightsabers to block all blaster fire and allowing army troopers to provide covering fire from a safe position. The Inquisitorius may also take priority when dueling hostile Jedi on the field. Custom Classes with the Inquisitorius upgrade are required to follow commands from Inquisitorius regarding lightsaber use and are not allowed to use the following Force Powers:
Force Blind
Adrenaline
Force Slow
Force Stasis
Group Pull
Group Push
Force Breach
Destruction
Force Choke
Saber Barrier
Custom Classes with permission to spawn in their own custom/personal ship must follow all the rules expected of the Starfighter Corps.
When a player wants to take off in their custom ship, they need to request permission from ATC (Air Traffic Control) by typing the request in the format shown: /comms [CC | <Name> | <Ship Type>] Requesting permission to take off from SHB for a <sector patrol/mission objective>.
The message should include the player's custom class name and the type of ship they are using. The player should also specify the reason for their flight, such as a sector patrol or mission objective.
It's important to note that players are not allowed to fly their ships when the player count is above 95 players.
