Senior Management Team (SMT) Policies:
All documents must be approved by High Command to ensure the safety and security of the server. Any future documents sent out without approval will result in repercussions. The designated server Manager must own all Gaminglight-related documents. If an active Command Member does not follow this, they will be stripped of their position and maybe command restricted. Contact your respective High Command to get your document approved and access distributed.
We do not blacklist people on this server; if someone does something that qualifies them to be barred from joining the battalion, we put them on a Do Not Train (DNT). You may put them on DNT for up to three months. Any period longer than that must be approved by your respective High Command.
As a Command Member, you should never contact SMT. Only High Command should contact SMT for issues. If you have a problem, speak to High Command, not SMT.
Every time a High Command Overseer rotates, they must meet with the current command team to check the activity of all current Officers and above to ensure that they are active and meeting Command Expectations.
