We published our book, and began working on our 3D cities! We have also been coding with Edison robots and Sphero Bolts! Collectively, we have read over 50 novels this Spring!

The Long Island Science Center provided an 'in-class' field trip to teach us about simple machines and how they work. Students learned about the different types of levers; first class, second class, and third class, as well as how these simple machines work to make our lives easier! We were able to choose which simple machines to build with our partner, and showcase them to our classmates!

First day of Fourth Grade Gifted and Talented Class was a success! Students got to know their classmates from the other schools through ice breakers and STEAM challenges! They also had their first 24-tournament!
