Registration

• Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper.
• All abstracts submitted will be double blind peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee for content and appropriateness to this conference.
• Note of acceptance will be sent on 15.04.2019 (2nd Call).
• All co-authors present in the Conference need to register and pay the conference fee.

• Conference fee: 100 Euros (includes participation in the conference, program and abstracts in digital format, lunch in the university restaurant, and coffee-breaks).

• Registration period (for participants with paper selected by the Scientific Committee):

15 - 30 April 2019 (2nd Call)

1 March - 15 April 2019 (1st Call)

• Payment (Conference fee: 100 Euros): by Bank Transfer.

• Payment is made to the University of Cape Verde (Universidade de Cabo Verde).

• The receipt is issued by the University of Cape Verde.

• Information on the registration and payment procedure is sent directly to each participant.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

• No costs associated with the bank transfer can be charged to the University of Cape Verde.

• Reimbursement of the registration fee is not possible.

• The conference fee does not include any provision for the insurance of participants (against personal injury, sickness, property damage, etc.). Participants are advised to arrange for any insurance they consider necessary.
