Bugün, gerçekleşen faaliyet sonucunda kurulan ortaklıkların sürdürülebilmesi ve geliştirilmesi için gelecekte yapılabilecek projelere ilişkin konu ve temaların belirlenmesine yönelik bir ön çalışma yaptık. Ardından, proje taslaklarını oluşturmak üzere katılımcıları çalışma gruplarına ayırdık ve proje taslak çalışmalarına başladık. Daha sonra, ayrılan gruplar proje üzerinde çalışarak kendi projelerinin taslaklarını tamamladı; detayları şekillendirdik ve bu projelerin başvuruya hazır hâle gelmesini sağladık. Gün içerisinde ayrıca gençlerin oluşturdukları projelerdeki bütçeleri fiyat/performans açısından uygun biçimde düzenlemeyi öğrenmeleri ve bu projeleri finanse edebilecekleri kaynakları tanımaları için bir çalışma gerçekleştirdik. Gün sonunda grup liderleri ve katılımcılarla değerlendirme toplantısı yaptık; katılımcılardan, gün boyunca yapılan aktiviteler sayesinde geliştirdikleri yeterliliklere ilişkin “Bireysel Öğrenme Çıktıları Aracı”nı doldurmalarını istedik ve bir sonraki etkinlik planını yeniden gözden geçirdik.

Today, we carried out a preliminary study to identify the topics and themes for potential future projects in order to maintain and strengthen the partnerships established as a result of the activity. Then, we divided the participants into working groups to develop project drafts and began the drafting process. Afterwards, the groups worked on their projects and completed their draft versions; we refined the details and ensured that the projects became ready for submission. During the day, we also conducted a session to help the young participants learn how to structure the budgets of their projects in a cost-effective way and to introduce them to potential funding sources. At the end of the day, we held an evaluation meeting with the group leaders and participants; we asked participants to fill in the “Individual Learning Outcomes Tool” regarding the competencies they improved through the day’s activities, and we reviewed the plan for the next session.
