Bugün, projemizin faaliyetlerinin amaca hangi seviyede ulaştığını değerlendirmek üzere grup liderleriyle bir toplantı gerçekleştirdik. Toplantıda, kalite yönetim raporumuzda belirtilen yaygınlaştırma takvimini gözden geçirerek gerekli önlemleri aldık.

Ayrıca, katılımcıların proje ilk gününde doldurdukları “beklentiler ve korkular” anketinin, proje sonunda kazandıkları beceri, bilgi ve yeterlilikleri ölçen anketi yeniden doldurmalarını sağladık.

Katılımcılara, proje boyunca edindikleri yeterlilikleri somutlaştırmak amacıyla hazırlanan belgeleri düzenlediğimiz bir törenle takdim ettik.

Günün ilerleyen bölümünde, projenin genel hatlarına ilişkin kapsamlı bir değerlendirme toplantısı yaptık. Ortaya çıkan argümanları ve hazırlanan raporları dosyaladık ve bu materyallerin yaygınlaştırma sürecinde nasıl kullanılacağına dair kararlar aldık.

Son olarak, katılımcılar konaklama alanından ayrılmak üzere gerekli hazırlıklarını yaptılar.

Today, we held a meeting with the group leaders to assess the extent to which our project activities achieved their intended objectives. During the meeting, we reviewed the dissemination schedule outlined in our quality management report and took the necessary measures.

We also ensured that participants completed the skills, knowledge, and competence development survey at the end of the project, corresponding to the “expectations and fears” survey they had filled out on the first day.

Additionally, we held a ceremony to present the certificates prepared to acknowledge and formalize the competencies the participants gained throughout the project.

Later in the day, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation meeting regarding the overall structure of the project. We archived the arguments and reports produced and made decisions on how these materials would be used during the dissemination phase.

Finally, the participants made the necessary preparations to leave the accommodation area.
