Fees are calculated on a set amount paid each term rather than an amount based on the number of weeks in the term. In 2026 all fee payments will be via “EziDebit” direct debit provider. Fees will be deducted on the first Friday of each term via "EziDebit". Missed direct debit payments will attract an Ezidebit dishonour fee set by EziDebit. Missed payments will be re-debited the following Friday after the missed date. Direct debit terms are set out in Ezidebit’s direct debit form.
Fees are due in full by the end of week 1 of each term. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received your invoice and that sufficient funds are in your nominated account and that your account details are up to date. Any changes to your details need to be made via your customer portal. Glenbrook Ballet Theatre does not have access to your payment details - these are held securely by Ezi-Debit. The fee schedule is below.
Any accounts remaining unpaid by the start of week 3 will have the $15 late fee applied. Students with accounts in arrears at week 5 will be asked to sit out of class until fees have been paid in full. This is embarrassing for your child - please do not put them through this negative experience! Accounts remaining unpaid by week 8 of term, will be referred to a collection agency and collection costs will be added to the account.
Payment plans will only be available through EziDebit. Payment plans will only be available for accounts over $500 and must be applied for PRIOR to the fee due date. Please note that approval of payment plans is strictly at the discretion of the Principal.
Silver Swans and Adults classes operate on a "Class Pass" System. 5 or 10 Class Passes can be purchased at the start of the year and used during 2026. Passes are only valid during the calendar year in which they are purchased. Please note that class passes are non refundable and non transferable. When you have attended the number of classes allocated to your pass, you will be automatically invoiced for the purchase of a new class pass.
If a student misses class due to illness/public holiday etc they are welcome and encouraged to make up that class by attending another class of a similar level and length.
Refunds will not be given for withdrawal of enrolment during a term except on medical grounds and only with approval of the Principal. The annual registration fee is non refundable.
Private Lessons: Private lessons must be paid for regardless of attendance. Missed private lessons will not be made up unless it is due to a studio event such as a Performance Group commitment or where the lesson is cancelled by the studio. Lessons missed due to solo competitions will generally not be made up. If a private lesson is cancelled by the teacher or studio for any reason, a make up lesson OR refund will be offered.
Notice of withdrawal of enrolment must be given at least two (2) weeks prior to the end of a term to allow us to cancel the EziDebit process. Failure to do so will result in fees still being charged for part or all of the proceeding term.
